These were similar retrofit LEDs, but the setting was on the physical light, so no more resetting or flashing. I must emphasize, this was NOT their duty. They were not the ones who created the lights with, in my opinion, a design defect. Yet, they took action and assumed responsibility. In my email, I explained that this was a safety issue, and their response exceeded my expectations. I was honest that it wasn't their fault and was simply inquiring about what could be done. Malik was just as professional and friendly, and I have complete faith in the team at Wiggins Brothers Electricians Co. I'll be a loyal customer from now on.
