Outstanding service and professionalism. Had an “open neutral” issue with numerous outlets not working. Was told by a different electrician i needed to tear out drywall. Called 21electric. Paul called prior to arrival and went right to work. Within an hour he had the issue resolved, it was an old wire nut had come loose in the closet fixture. Price of repair was more than fair. Will definitely use them again

Not too long ago, I called for a quote and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She scheduled me for an in-home consultation the next day. A nice, but untidy gentleman without a company uniform showed up to do an estimate. At my request, he kindly gave me a ballpark idea of what I should expect to spend for the work that I wanted done. He ended our conversation by promising that he would send me an estimate that would contain a definitive price.

The problem is that I never got the estimate that I was promised…too bad false promises don’t increase company profits.

We had 21e completely rewire our 925sq ft, 1955 home in September and are so happy that we went with them. We had several quotes done for the work and 21e gave us a great price. The other companies that we had quote were giving us quotes of 2.5x that of 21e and also informed us that there would need to be extensive drywall repair since we were not going down to the studs.

However, Paul came in and gave us a good price and said that he would do his best to limit the drywall damage. After being out of the house for 4 days and expecting to come back to at least damage on most outlets, we find that Paul and his guys were able to get it done with maybe 2 outlets with damage. We were grateful that we didn't have a ton of repairing to do, but also got great work.

The outside lights were not moved as requested, but we are getting new siding in the spring and Paul said to let him know in the spring and he will come back out and simply move the boxes at that time so we didn't have holes in our exterior wall during the winter. If we didn't just get our entire home rewired and are set for the future, we would definitely use 21e and Paul again.

We’ve recently moved into a new property and needed some lighting fixtures fitted. One of them being a huge chandelier that was a challenge to install. Paul worked efficiently to get the job done and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will definitely work with 21 Electric in the future and will request Paul to complete the work. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very happy customers. Thank you!

Our heat went out Christmas week, and we needed the electrical system checked and repaired so the heat tech could finish the furnace work. Other electricians would not dispatch until after Christmas. I called DAVID Electric, and they had a tech to my house within 2 hours. Adam was great at checking everything and explaining what needed to be fixed. I needed a new disconnect on my furnace unit outside. He checked all the wiring in and outside until everything was reading fully powered. I was afraid this top-notch service was going to result in a huge bill. It was under 300, which I considered a steal. I recommend DAVID Electric for their professional attitude, for their speedy scheduling and for getting the job done in a timely manner. Adam was great at explaining things, stayed steady working, and showed me the completed work. 5 star service at reasonable rates. Pick DAVID Electric!

Called David Electric to come out and hang a new ceiling fan up in my living room. They were able to schedule me the next day. I was initially scheduled with one electrician but they had an emergency. They called prior to my appointment time to let me know that there would be a different electrician coming. I appreciated their communication and responsiveness. I ended up having a fantastic, friendly electrician who was able to come on time, quickly remove my existing ceiling fan and replace it with my new ceiling fan. Great service and will definitely be booking again for all my electrician needs.

We had Caleb come by to check a light fixture and he was fantastic. Definitely recommend. He was accommodating, thorough, and incredibly efficient. Next time I set an appointment with David Electric, I’ll specifically ask for Caleb.

We needed some non-emergency work done, and they were able to come out within a couple days. The electrician, Caleb, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was going to do. There was drywall to be cut, and he left no mess. Quality electrician, and quality company. I will use them again

Mary went out of her way to get a technician scheduled for me prior to a surgery appointment. Nick arrived on time, answered all questions and had even anticipated materials needed to fix the problem. Reasonable cost, prompt and professional.

Lauren was very responsive to our calls, talked us through the issues identified in the inspection, helped us understand how to address them in the safest, most cost-effective way and kept us updated on the progress. Sam and Adam arrived on time, did careful work and left the work areas super clean. We won't use anyone else in the future. Highly recommend!!
