Jeremy and Zach did an excellent job upgrading my service and panel to 200 amps. From scheduling, to arrival/install everything came out perfectly. They are very affordable, the work is professional, and workers are personable. Highly recommend Joe Schmo!

They installed a 240v outlet in my garage for my EV. They even filed a permit that was needed by my town. Hilary was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The electrician came on time, and was done in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond with the permit stuff and the rates were lower than any other electrician I called. I will use Joe Schmo for any of my electrical needs.

Love this company! The customer service was awesome, everyone was nice and really helpful. Hilary got us on the books for the day we needed, even though they were full they fit us in! Jeremy came out, and did a wonderful job installing our new ceiling fan. He was quick, efficient, professional, and made sure we were happy with placement. Pricing was super reasonable! We will definitely come back for any future electrical services!

Joe Schmo was suggested to us by our realtor so we didn’t think to look for anyone else but I wish we had. Before Joe Schmo came to rehaul our electrical, our garage worked, after they left, it didn’t. When we called to complain and see what happened, they said they forgot to plug in the cord to the garage, but that didn’t fix the problem and now our garage door won’t close and we now we need to pay more and have another company come out to fix what they broke.

UPDATE!
I was contacted by Hillary and she offered to have a technician come out and take a look at our garage after they realized it still wasn’t working correctly. Eric was on time, and so kind. He got in there, found the problem, and fixed it in five minutes. Now we have a working garage, thank you Jo Schmo!!

There is no parking! How horrible of a company can you be to not give your customers free parking on a main street! What a shame!

New home electrical services

While on an extensive commercial renovation, we ran into some unforeseen and complex electrical issues. Design and build came out, assessed, and repaired the problems in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend.

very unprofessional. One of their drivers dangerously cut me off on Interstate 74 at 70 mph. My company had a quote from them to do some electrical work, I went into my managers office and had it ripped up and thrown away.

They ignore emails from you inquiring about a blank bill they sent you and then threaten to come to your property and destroy their work when you call them. Avoid them if you want to be treated like a human

Officer manager has terrible social skills. Instead of listening to what a costumer is asking she automatically jumped to conclusions. I would never deal with costumer service and office manager.

Changing to one star. Need something fixed that they did. Theyre apparently out of business. Phones and website dont work.
