Third time I’ve used Derek…….so I guess that says it all……..when you can depend on someone, see their work ethics as well as trust them……..it’s all good

Nice guys, they do quick efficient work. Had them do some work in the back yard. Took down this old fence and porch and replace with a concrete pad and new fence.

The kind, sensible, caring, patient and professional manner of owner D. Brown, won us over. this company knows good business, the workers on my home all had an exceptional professional demeanor and finished a day ahead of schedule! happy camper this way we will be doing more business in the near future,

I just had my new kitchen cabinets installed and I am so happy!!! This company was a Godsend...from the very first call, they were immediately responsive, highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and cost was extremely reasonable for this single woman. Before I was referred to them, it was a horrible experience and everything was not going right, at all. I almost purchased cheaper cabinets and used an inexperienced person but I was steered to the right company, the right owner and the right team. I highly recommend KB Construction Services. Highly recommend 127 Restoration! They completely repaired and renovated our basement after a water damage incident. Any issues during the renovation that came up were addressed by them and they made sure to get everything done extremely well!! They helped us with carpet selections, wall and trim paint and lots of other questions we had a long the way, too. Great experience!

We worked with 127 Restoration for a major kitchen renovation and could not be happier with our experience and the final results. I was SO impressed with the quality of work, cost and attention to detail. Derek and crew were absolutely spot on perfect. I had a bathroom done, floors, trim, light and plug replaced. Derek's team at KB Construction Services, LLC worked with The Annex Group on remodeling Indy offices off of Massachusetts Avenue. The team at KB Construction Services was professional, experienced, and worked within a very tight timeline while also effectively troubleshooting any problems that arose while working within the historic building. The project consisted of extensive demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing, soundproofing, painting and more to make for a wonderful working environment for our team. We cannot thank them enough for assisting with our vision and will happily call on them again for future projects within our space and others.

These contractors are amazing! They are professional, people of integrity, honest and reliable. They got the job done QUICK and were patient and kind. I can’t wait to work on our next project together and I’ve already started referring them to people I know!

Great job on our driveway and sidewalk. Raised the driveway with new crushed rock and rebar. Finished product looks great. I highly recommend DCH Enterprise Corp.
David's price was better than having the driveway leveled and caulked and it looks way better. 😊

I was impressed with the quick response time, fair prices, and the quality of work. As a realtor I’ll be referring my clients, friends, and family to use these guys for their own homes. They did a great job on the patio, & they also installed gutter guards & redone my whole gutter system for me.

David and his crew did a beautiful job on our new roof and gutters. They were very professional, on time and responsive to any questions. We highly recommend them.
