I reached out to Chris a couple times for a quote on an irrigation system to be installed. He was always responsive and was willing to work within my budget to get the system installed. I also told him I needed it installed within a certain timeframe and he delivered. Chris and Wadna were both professional, explained everything in detail, and completed the project in 2 days with barely any damage to the yard. The Peters Group installed our new in-grounds sprinkler system. The timing of their install coincided with a previously planned family vacation. But no worry. Chris and his team installed the system in our absence and we came home to a functioning sprinkler system that was programmed and watering our lawn on a schedule. They did a terrific job. I had worried that our lawn would get all torn up in the process of the install, but it was not. And the few areas that were damaged are already recovering (just two weeks later)! We are look forward to working with the Peters Group now and in the future to keep our new in-ground sprinkler system working well!

We had the Peters Group install a six zone irrigation system at our residence. If your looking for great service, a great product at a fair price....these are your guys. My older home/on a well presented some unique challenges that were easily overcome for a quick smooth installation process. Chris the owner is very hands on and a pleasant to work with......i look forward to hiring them for future projects.

The Peters Group installed the sprinkler system at my mom's house. They did a great job and I had them install one at my house. They did a timely and efficient job and were very professional. Chris was very responsive and you could barely tell after the installation. I am overall, very please with them and highly recommend the group.

Chris and his team provided me with outstanding service. They installed an irrigation system which could not all be handled with machinery. Some of the channels had to be done by hand due to parts of my yard being a rock garden and others with flower beds. They did excellent work, tuned the setup for effective coverage and cleaned up nicely post the installation. Their price was also very competitive. Thank you so much Chris and team.

Chris and his team (one other gentleman) were amazing. I live in Zionsville and have a quarter acre yard. I was looking to install an irrigation system. The Peters Group was very professional, showed up on time, did great work.

What set Chris apart in my opinion, was that he listened to what I wanted as the customer and delivered on every one of my asks. I tend to be particular. Chris recognized that and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. He was a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend him for any lawn irrigation needs.

We bought a new to us house in February and not long after, we discovered that the pumps at the base of the walk-out basement patios were not working.

Water would collect along the length of the house, covering the patios and eventually ruining all the landscaping. I struggled to find a contractor willing to come out and give us a repair estimate considering many were not traveling to customer homes early in the pandemic and I did not know where the pumps were located as the previous owner had covered them with landscaping and rocks.

I finally found The Peters Group on Google and Chris came out to check out the problem.

When he arrived, after an already long workday, he assessed the problem and went to work locating and shoveling the rock off the covers for the pump pits. I fully anticipated that he would reschedule for another day since it was evening when he arrived. Instead, he got to work right away.

He removed the old pumps and special ordered the replacements. Once they came in, he installed them and everything appears to be working like a charm.

I can't recommend The Peters Group enough. Chris was always very friendly and competent. Chris knows what it means to be of service to his customers!

Knowledgable and Polite
Even tho the project took longer than expected. Chris (owner) basically installed the system completely by himself and he did an excellent job.
The system was operating only a couple months before winter, but during that time we had no major problems .
We are happy we went with the Smart System which we can program and operate from our phone.

I’m very glad I chose Chris Peters and the Peters Group to install my sprinkler system. Chris is extremely hardworking and dedicated to ensuring everything about the installation was done correctly. Communication was easy, Chris responds promptly and our system works great! If you use municipal water or a well for your irrigation water he will get you set up easily. I draw water from a pond so if you will also, you will need to acquire and install your own pump and filter system as that’s not part of what they do. I know If I have any issues I can get ahold of him easily. Thanks Chris!

I am very pleased!!! He got it done in a day and a half. Every sprinkler head covers my whole entire lawn and the plants too. He was meticulous and neat. You can barely even tell I got something done. Seamless! He was very reasonable with price. I got prices that were lower but they had awful reviews Chris met me in the middle and we agreed on a very fair price. The quality and service is far better than any service I have had done yet. His staff was extremely friendly. He was so good he got multiple people in my neighborhood to book with him as well. The maintenance package is worth it! Buy it!

We just had an irrigation system installed by The Peters Group this fall. While we only had a few days, due to rainy weather, to trial it before the cold weather came, we are excited for green grass this spring. Chris was amazing to work with! He was able to work within our budget to install a system for our yard and garden. It was a difficult install having to traverse fencing in three different areas. Despite this, Chris worked hard to design a multiple zone system that worked for us. We are looking forward to not having to lug the sprinkler around the yard this coming year! Chris was fantastic to work with and I would recommend his company to anyone considering a irrigation system. I live in a small town about an hour south of Indy. There aren't many options for irrigation installation this way, and the businesses that are local are booked until next year. I was suspicious about how it would all work out not having been referred to them. Chris answered all of my questions, and even came and hour out of his way to give us a quote. His years of experience were evident in the detailed description of the process that he provided along with the different ways they could complete the job. They worked with our schedule and were even courteous enough to send us a video of the completed system when we were away while they did the work. When we came home we were happy to see everything installed and prepared for winter. They completed everything in one day! My wife was impressed by the premium supplies they use and loves that we have a system that recognizes not to water when it is raining! I am luck to have had the Peters Group Install our system. Chris and his team were great. My job was delayed a month, and I needed his team to come in between another contractor when it was time to do the work. He was flexible throughout the whole process. It's clear when speaking with him that he has been doing this a long time. Would use him again.

We have an irrigation system at our home that unfortunately had not been properly winterized, leaving it inoperable. We had gotten quotes from all over and everyone was terribly expensive or unresponsive. I called The Peters Group and spoke directly to Chris (the owner). He actually answered the phone, which is a huge plus now days. Chris immediately sent one of his guys out, called back that evening with a quote and started the work 5 days later.

Chris took his time and diagnosed each zone for problem areas. It made me pleased that he said multiple times, "He enjoyed, finding and fixing problems!" He repaired each area, replacing pipes, sprinkler heads and installed a backflow. Chris was kind, thorough and assured us throughout the process that he would take care of everything. After a full afternoon, our system is up and running like it should. I can't say enough about the service that Chris provided. Now days that is just as important as the quality of work. Chris walked me through the final result and showed me how to use and setup my smart timer to control my irrigation system. Chris and his team are very professional. We have a spaghetti bowl of utilities in our yard and he was very careful during due diligence to identify the utilities. He accidentally cut the ATT fiber line (inaccurately marked) and Chris worked diligently with ATT to get it back up and running. The irrigation system is working beautifully. Easy to use central control system. He came out after construction to help me add a quick coupler valve in the front yard landscape area for manual watering if I ever needed. I highly recommend the Peters Group for your irrigation needs. Excellent customer service!

We had a full irrigation installed at our home. Chris communicated well with me throughout the entire process, and responded promptly to all of my calls. He worked with me to expedite the initial estimate, and even exceeded my expectations with the timeliness of the installation.
