I would recommend Detail Window Cleaning. They are under new management since the last time we used them. The crew was very friendly and accommodating . There were a couple windows/screens that I had to point out that were missed, but they quickly fixed the situation!

Very professional.
I contacted them for same week service (due to open house) and they were very accommodating. Jeff was courteous and did a great job.

We went through Home Advisors App. And Detail Window came with a Quote that fit our need and budget. The two gentlemen did a great job cleaning windows and screens.

5/31/18 Just the cleaners at my house to clean before my daughters bday party. The two ladies who came out were very nice, they did a great job on what I asked them to clean, my only complaint is the fact that I paid for 4 man hours of cleaning, the two ladies arrived just after 3:15, and walked out of my door at 5:03, that’s 24 minutes of cleaning time (12 mins per cleaner, x2 cleaners) that I missed out on. A lot can be cleaned in 24 minutes.**update 6/1/18 **the owner or manager (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) contacted me to discuss the issue I had and to try to rectify the situation. He listen to what I had to say and sincerely wanted to make it right. I appreciate that level of customer service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional and they did a great job. Fantastic price. No nickel and diming. What they quoted was what I paid even though I asked them to do an additional window when they got here. I highly recommend!!

Had a sofa cleaned. Excellent communication via text messages, they told us when they left and what time they would arrive. They explained what would be done and gave a time estimate. They did exactly what they said they would. Great service, would recommend to a friend!

The Abbie Hunt Bryce Home is a nonprofit home in Indianapolis for terminally-ill people who have no where else to go. We called Damon and his team to give some of our carpeted rooms some love and a deep clean. They were quick, pleasant to work with and worked with our budget. Great guys and great work, we are already coordinating our next clean with them!

I called Indy Steamers on 7/8 they came to do the estimate on 7/9 and today 7/11 they came in to do the job.mind you its been over a year since the carpets have been cleaned. They shampooed the carpet and then steamed it. Damon went above and beyond. Very professional and kind. I will be using them in the future without a doubt. Call them ASAP and book them for your carpet cleaning needs.

Truly disappointed, I called to get my area rug cleaned, and the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice, but after he asked me My zip code he told me he don't service my area. I said even if I drop it off and pick it up, he said yea we just don't service that area. I don't know what's the reasoning, but it most definitely not a good look for their bussiness especially when i was referred to them.

I was really impressed. They went above and beyond helping me move furniture, lay rugs and put down runners. The turnaround was quick and the price was far more reasonable than any other place I called. I was lucky to find them and will only use them in the future.
