Have always thought you did a good job until this year. I’ve had a lot of weeds and a lot of crab grass and I’ve had to spray them myself to get rid of them. I recommended you to my next-door neighbor and his yard looks horrible.

Lawn Pride has provided consistent service and advice for our lawn. When we’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been addressed promptly and thoroughly. We have used them for years and will continue.

In 25 years, our lawn has never looked better. I appreciate the personal assessment after each visit which helps us manage what needs to be done to maintain or improve the look and health of our lawn.

I’ve been using Lawn Pride for over a year now and have been happy with the results. I use them primarily for weed and pest control, and my lawn looks pretty good. They are good communicators and being able to modify what services I want has been a breeze.

We had,key word is had, a horrible lawn..I hated looking at it..It was crabgrass, other weeds and the little violets all over both the front and back yards.. I wanted to just cry..Nothing we did made any difference..So my husband called Lawn Pride to see what they could do..
In the beginning I was quite skeptical about the turning of the yards to something better..but I hoped..After a season we saw a difference but I thought it would be more dramatic than it was..so we called them to please look and tell us what is going on with the grass..
Randon came out and spoke with my husband about the status of our lawn..He explained to him about everything and what he would do to make it better..
Well it has been a few months now and it is like night and day..
We now have a beautiful front and back lawn..gone are the weeds..gone are the violets, although I do love violets, and gone are the brown yellow areas..We have a LOVELY front and back yard..
I have had neighbors ask what changed and I explain..LAWN PRIDE!! Our yard was a mess and it was in need of great help to get it back to a really beautiful and healthy yard.. Now I know that a lot of you are thinking, oh sure..We tried other companies at our other home and they were not helpful and the lawn never saw progress so i canceled TrueGreen..and then Chemlawn..
I can tell you that lawns are touchy..too much water..not enough..too much fertilizer..weeds the whole thing..you can waste time, effort and money..so you turn to the people that specialize in grass..
Lawn Pride gave my beautiful green, healthy grass..and they will do the same for you..
Below is our yard in the begining..bad picture sorry!! But you can see the dandelions and violets and crabgrass, but it was everywhere!! The second is the front, in the start of winter!! It is thick, green, hardy and healthy..
I can hardly wait for spring!!

So far the best lawn treatment I have received. My law looks green through the summer and stays weed free. I like their a day before text for the reminder. Always appreciate their communication if they have to reschedule. Quality care for the lawn

Their team is always professional, shows up on schedule, and provides clear communication about what treatments are being applied. After just a few visits, I noticed my grass looked thicker, greener, and far less weedy.

I think they do a really good job and their prices are reasonable. There member portal could use work tho, when you want to book additional treatments, many are not listed, ie over seeding, core aeration, ect and have to call to get them scheduled

The service we received from Lawn Pride of Indianapolis is fantastic. The communication and customer service provided is second-to-none. I highly recommend the services provided.

The company is a no show twice. I had previously used them 2 years ago to aerate & overseed our yard and at that time they did a satisfactory job. This year I contacted them and scheduled the same service. At the last minute on the appointed day they called me and said their employee was sick and they would have to reschedule. I did not hear back from them for another week and then I called them and inquired when they had me rescheduled. They responded they would try to come out by the end of the month but I said that was unsatisfactory because the weather was getting colder and seeds would not optimally germinate after the first frost occurs and my sprinkler system would have to be winterized. They texted me scheduled me for 2 days later but again they never showed up. I called them on the following day and the representative looked up my account and said that my request had been cancelled by the service technician saying that he came to our house and that I no long wanted the service. This was absolutely false. I was home all day and no one ever came to the house. I have video security surveillance and no Lawn Pride vehicle came to our home and we live on a court that has only 2 homes on it. I had previously flagged all my sprinkler heads for the last 2 weeks awaiting for them to come. With this they should have queried about my scheduled service in person. This company may entice customers with a great product but they have undependable service and questionable integrity. I do not recommend them unless you want to be disappointed and have lots of time to chase after them. Below are the 2 phone texts they sent me verifying they were supposed to come out

Horrible service and customer service!!! This is the result after 3-4 applications. It doesn’t even look like I pay for professional lawn treatments. When I called to complain the girl hung up on me.

I have used Lawn Pride’s services for several years at two different residences. With their fertilization and weed control services, as well as core aeration, I can confidently state that my luscious green lawn is the envy of the neighborhood. I frequently get compliments on how good it looks and have noticed more and more of my neighbors using their services. Their customer service reps are also very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend!!

We made a switch this year from the past few years of using a smaller/local guy and our yard looks terrible. I'm okay with a mistake, but as you can see from the picture, this is unacceptable. They sent a newer tech out while our normal person was on vacation and this is the result. To make matters worse, they charged me to fix this mistake. Tried to call and speak with the manager and he hasn't called me back yet (5 days later). My bill is also wrong every month because they try to tack on a fuel charge that is not on the proposal. Really disappointed

Been very pleased with the results of their lawn treatment plans and core aeration and overseeing. Been using these services for 3 years now and the results have been consistently good.

Had a separate company after moving to a new home and moved back to Lawn Pride. Feel confident in their customer service and attentiveness with any needs that may arise during the spring/summer/fall periods.

Please be careful with them. Make sure you receive service they charge you for. Check your cameras around house to confirm they came to your property and did the lawn treatments. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

We have been customers of Lawn Pride for nearly 30 years. Lawn Pride did lot of work for our Hotels, our home, our daughter’s home & for my brother’s home. We have been extremely happy with their service. All employees are very professional & courteous. If we ever had an issue it was always taken care of. Their pricing is also very reasonable. They truly care for their customers.
