I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Lawn Pride provides. From the very first visit, their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take the time to explain each treatment and always show up on schedule. My lawn has never looked healthier—lush, green, and completely weed-free. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Lawn Pride to anyone who wants a beautiful yard without the stress of doing it all themselves.

Fertilizer service is great. Good communication and i like the report that the tech writes up after each service. Major issue though with my recent lawn aeration - the tech missed my large side yard, the area behind my fence and the area between my curb and sidewalk (which is a large space since I live on a corner lot). Had to call back and they are going to come back to re-do it, but I have no eta on that so I have to leave these flags in my yard indefinitely :(
Update: lawn pride sent a tech out quickly to catch the missed areas so it was resolved pretty quickly. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

Not worth it. Please stay away and pick other companies instead.

Probably will hire the company my neighbors used for aeration and overseeding next time.

First of all, it took more than a month for the aeration and overseeding job to be scheduled. I understood that the schedule was set to bundle some customers on the same day to do the work, but, more than one month to get the schedule done? Probably no one hired them in the north Indy for some reasons. This will be a good reason to go for another company.

Second, a lot of spots on lawn were not aerated and overseeded. Barely saw the seeds in any given spots. This company probably re-define the words "aeration and overseeding". Two stars are given due to the company was willing to re-do the aeration and overseeding. Much better than the first treatment but still not ideal.

Third, the first technician is sloppy, my valve box cover was damaged, some spots of lawn were tear apart (Grass were pulled out and soil was exposed), AT&T fiber was cut, etc. It is worse than before they start the work on my lawn.

Forth, hidden fee, be carful.

This is such a disappointing experience except the customer service people were kind and helpful.

Waste of money- don’t tell you when they are coming so if dog is in back yard they won’t treat it- but do they credit you for only treating part of the lawn? Nope. Grass has never looked worse and when you call about their guarantee they just do your next treatment early and charge you again. No attention to what’s needed just tell you to water more…Such a waste of money. Tried to stay consistent and keep them for the last three years thinking a consistent program would help but I’m tired of paying as much as I do for zero results

I really like how Lawn Pride sends an email the day before the service is scheduled that way we can prepare the yard and make sure the dogs stay in the house while the technician is doing the application. Great job, Lawn Pride!

The areas that LawnPride treated are definitely showing improvement—fewer weeds and greener grass. However, it's clear that some spots were missed, and dandelions are thriving in those untreated areas. Hoping for better coverage in the next application.

The first time they applied lawn care to our lawn, the tech cut corners and only did 1/2 of our lawn. Luckily I was home that day and saw it. I then called the company and they came back to fix it. Since then, I have monitored their work whenever I can. Not sure if I can ever trust them 100%. They have taken good care of our lawn so far which is the only reason I still use them. Honesty is the best business model.

I've had a great experience with Lawn Pride. Been using them since 2020. My yard is free of weeds. Service is rendered on schedule, and pricing is fair.

Maynor is wonderful! He trimmed our monkey grass the next day after talking with him. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He worked diligently and showed he cared about his work. We have hired him to cut our lawn this year. He also will be helping us with jobs we used to be able to do ourselves and for that we are so grateful. He is very personable and cares very much for his clients. We are so happy we found him!
