My husband and I have brought our Christmas tree here for the last 15-20 years. In addition to other flowers and plants. The staff are very helpful

I love this place so much!!! The variety is amazing. Deb replanted my money tree and shared her vast knowledge. It's much appreciated.

From the few times that I’ve been here I’ve had a pretty normal experience nothing out of the ordinary. The other day when I went in I asked someone who was working there a questions and she was not willing to help and was being very unhelpful, her name was deb. Aside from being a little rude to me she was also being kinda rude to the other employees who were working there.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with me coming in with limited plant knowledge. Highly recommend!

Much larger than you first think! The inside shop gift shop is super cute and the indoor plant area in the back has tons of indoor plants you’ll love!

The store is beautiful. In full Christmas mode. Great gift items. Really unique and different ornaments. Check out the 2nd floor, so much to see.

Family owned and operated. Very warm and caring to all of their customers. We have gotten our Christmas trees from them for over two decades.

Friendly staff and well kept place. They had the usual springtime stuff that you'd expect to see at a garden center. Their employees knew their inventory too!

Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick out some houseplants that fit my availability (not easy to kill) and helped me carry them out to the car.

    Would highly recommend!

I could not have been better served; I found Barb in the garden, she dropped what she was doing and took care of my problem - she listened, looked at my pictures, saw what I brought in, guessed at what it might be and then proceeded to confirm her hypothesis with careful research. 22 years of service helps!!! If I could give 6 stars - Barb gets it - THANKS Habig, thx Barb!!!

Oh by the way, I only went there because I was in the area conducting other chores - I would go out of my way should I have more plant issues - it was well worth it!

Habigs is the best! For 3 reasons:

    1) They are one of the most reasonably priced places around. I found a tall, full, and healthy mini monstera here for $80 while a local nursery had the same one (but shorter) for $160.
    2) I have bought a few indoor plants from them so far and have yet to find any pests, not even fungus gnats. I have gotten fungus gnats from every other nursery I have tried, whether it’s a small infestation or a large one. But I have never had this problem with Habigs.
    3) They carry rare and harder to find plants and more variety. Not sure if they still do, but they used to have a whole little section of prince of orange philodendrons, I had looked around at multiple local nurseries for these and couldn’t find any. Also, I had called around to find some different Coleus variety and this was the only place that carried something other than the monotone ones.

Overall, this place has definitely been the best nursery I’ve tried in Indiana..and I’ve tried many. I wish I lived closer to them and could visit more often.

I drive over an hour to get here because they have the best selection of plants. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. If I'm ever having issues finding something, or I want something usual I can count on them to have what I want.

Highly unprofessional and insensitive people. Don’t stand behind their products. The plant I bought had mealy bugs and yellowing leaves. Instead of helping me with the damage product they made me buy fungicide which was $20. Apparently that didn’t work either. So $45 down the trash. Another plant was only $15 died with dropping leaves every day. The people at habig garden are inconsiderate. I will never shop there again. Also recommend to everyone thinking of going there to think 10 times before you shop there. They are after your money and zero on customer service.

Called here to get some advice and find out about supplies for Cicada that are coming.
Was in the middle of a conversation with Debbie when she coldly told me she needed to help some customers, put me on hold without me even responding.
What? Wait, I'm not a customer?
Well, I sure won't be now!
Thank you for the heads up on where to spend my money Debbie

I went here for the first time yesterday. I must have interacted with 3-4 different employees and each one was so nice and helpful! They had a huge selection of plants and I was able to find the perfect house plant for a friend.

Our family/team has always loved Habig's and believe it is a pillar of the Nora community. Not only do they have great plants, but they employ people of all ages. We have had a few family members, (old and young) work there. Habig's is a great place to pick out a gift for someone as well. They have creative and unique options for every occasion. We have used them both personally and professionally!

Great place to buy plants. Especially their native section (which I hope they expand). They've got just about any common or popular plant you'd want. Prices are in line with most other places. Friendly staff.
