As a new customer I am pleased with the company, however the technician has not been able to kill the crabgrass yet. The customer service ladies are knowledgeable and friendly trying their best to help solving my lawn issues.

Update 5/2/25 I’m looking for another lawn service. They applied heavy herbicide treatment before the rain after I told them not to. They do not listen to customers.
They are off to a very bad start.
They were supposed to contact me at least by email before they arrived. They didn’t.
They are expected to clean off fertilizer from the sidewalks before they leave. They didn’t.
Now I have yellow staining prills all over my walks.
That’s unprofessional and I’m very disappointed.
Left a message with their answering service 3/7.
They better call me back.

Not super happy with Lawn Pride. I started the relationship with a phone call. They said they would stop by for my first service within 10-13 days. Problem is they never notify me when they are coming. They added on a grub service I did not agree to and keep trying to bill me for it. I am refusing to pay because I did not approve the service and had no notification prior that they were coming to do the additional service. They are now threatening collections. I called immediately after I received my initial invoice and told them I did not agree to anything except the basic care. I mentioned in the call I may do add on services but would decide later. The customer service person said she would have to pull phone recordings to see what I said during the initial call. I also don’t remember being told I was on a recorded line when calling in. Very disappointed in this company.

Lawn Pride has truly transformed my lawn! The grass is greener, thicker, and virtually weed-free since I started their full lawn program. Their technicians are always professional, on time, and willing to answer any questions I have. I love that they send updates and explain each step of the process. The first couple of seasons my lawn looked amazing. This year has not been good. I called and complained about the condition of my lawn, telling them that I wasn’t satisfied with how it is looking. I was told that someone would come to my door or at least leave information about what was needed for my lawn after the next application. That never happened. I need a professional to analyze my lawn to determine what is needed and then to apply the appropriate materials… I can hire anyone to treat my lawn… I can even do it myself. I’m frustrated.

This time of year the lawn care companies are competing for our service. I've learned that all the treatments in the world may not help if mother nature and her weather takes a toll on an otherwise healthy yard. The year before last we lost a big part of our grass on the hill out back. There were many bare patches through out our acre yard, so we had Lawn Pride seed our yard. I as well placed additional seed, because I know i have some responsibility in maintaining my lawn. This year, i see a tremendous difference, the hill is coming back green. The personal cards are a nice touch, compared to the competitors form letter. Can't wait for the first application of the season.

For 30 plus years my husband has tried numerous lawn care, countless bags of highly recommended, combinations and formulas of grass seed. A ton or more of fresh dirt and untold quantities of water, to admit just some of the the work he has put into our yard.
This year, with the help and direction of Lawn Pride lawn service and my husband’s relentless effort, we have carpet-thick, lush green, weed-free gorgeous lawn. Amazingly, even in the most uncooperative areas.

Lawn Pride has been taking care of my lawn for about 3 years. It's looking better than ever. And I'm pretty paticular about my lawn. By the time I run and get the supplies and treat my lawn myself it costs just as much or more than what they charge. I highly recommend Lawn Pride to anyone that wants a hassle free and good looking lawn.

We recently moved into a new to us/older house on an acrevof property in northern Indianapolis. The yard was pretty much a mess. Bases on a friend's rexommendation, we hired Lawn Pride. In the last 6+ months they have done an amazing job of transforming our lawn. Weeds are disappearing and healthy grass is growing! And any time ive asked for additional support, they are right on it. Thanks Lawn Pride!

Good regular service. Could do better at keeping my brown out spots green again. My automated underground sprikler system provides enough moisture coverage, so brown outs are not due to underwatering. There's room for improvement here.

Had my yard done today came home, I do have cameras. The technician, Griffin, using a lawn rider, ran over things in the yard and tried to fit it through my fence gate and snapped the posts on the right off. He was supposed to park it on the outside of the fence and use the hose (that's what is for) to spray the back yard. I call them today No one is in and have to wait til tomorrow. I am not happy. Also the technician did not leave a message we me or his employer about what happened. He had to hear it snap, it's metal.

I have had Lawn Pride for many years. They treat the yard regularly. I had a few problems this year, but the team has worked hard to make it right. Brian took time to come meet with me and look over my concerns, and they are making efforts to fix them. I believe they do stand behind there work and I will continue to have a great looking yard.

Lawn Pride has slowly transformed my dry, patchy, dead grass into a more lush, green and healthy lawn. I will continue to use their services and look forward to watching it grow and remain alive and happy. :-)

New home new yard! When we first moved in to our newly built home there was sod in the front and seed in the back. The ground was so hard I didn't think anything was going to make our lawn look healthy. It's amazing that just 2/12 years having Lawn Pride service our lawn how beautiful are lawn looks! Looks like we have been here forever! Couldn't be happier!

They performed services and charged our account when we spoke to two people who called to ask if we wanted our lawn treated. My husband told both that we did not want any more treatments until next Spring. My husband and I both called and left messages regarding them doing the service and charging us without our permission with no return phone calls. As far as I am concerned, they are illegal and have lost our business forever. Don't use these crooks.

Called in few times and they keep giving me excuses that our product don’t treat that or it needs time to work etc,,, just find a place who is willing to take care of ur lawn truly. They charged me almost 500$ for treatment that worthless. Totally dissatisfied. Poor customer service in addition to the poor work quality. Again it’s no the person who applies. It’s the cheap product and poor mix. Stay away if u can.

My yard has never looked better! I was unhappy with a well-known lawn company and made the switch to Lawn Pride. Much better customer service & prices. They explain what every treatment does. This spring it is VERY noticable that I use Lawn Pride and my neighbors do not. (My yard has the lush green grass!)

We had two treatments so far. Overall we are happy with the results at this point. However we have had issues with getting the WHOLE yard treated in one visit. They have had to come back after each visit to treat the area they had missed. Communization is good and customer service has been helpful in getting the missed area resolved. Hoping they get all our yard treated on our third round!

On time quality work done every time. If you are unsatisfied for any reason a manager will come out and inspect your lawn care and treat again if necessary. Here are a a few pictures of my lawn.

Have had different lawn services over the past 20 plus years and I can honestly say that Lawn Pride has constantly provided great service at a very reasonable price. Services are done professionally and on a timely basis at the right times

UPDATE 9/28/2024:
3 weeks ago I noticed large areas of both my front and backyards were browning and dying, see pictures. When I lifted up the dead grass I discovered 20-30 large, well fed grubs in a single, square foot area. I checked the application history with Lawn Pride, prior to canceling them, and saw a preventative grub treatment, 3.89 oz's Imidacloprid, was applied June 12th which I thoroughly watered in per their instructions.

Since then, I removed the dead grass, applied contact-based grub killer (twice) to get the grubs under control, reseeded the dead areas and have been watering it daily. I only highlight this because after spending ~$300 for supplies, water and chemicals and after investing 8+ hours of labor, I'm almost back to the point where I started.

For this reason I've dropped my review score from 2 stars to 1.

I was a customer of Lawn Pride for roughly 4 years. The first year I was thoroughly impressed but each subsequent year more and more issues started popping up.
Examples:
- The timing of the lawn applications became more erratic during the growing season and at one point, in order to squeeze in 8 applications, three applications were made in a 5 week period starting in November when the ground was frozen, and ended Dec 12th.
-After being a customer for 3 years they mistakenly applied fertilizer and herbicide to my neighbor's lawn instead of mine despite me asking for no herbicides to be applied to my lawn (wrong lawn, wrong product). Technically no herbicides were applied to my lawn (went on my neighbor's) but it led to a very uncomfortable conversation with my neighbor.
- there's usually a 50/50 chance that the excess fertilizer will be blown off of the sidewalks. There were over a half a dozen instances where I got my leaf blower out and cleaned up my walks and my neighbor's walkway so that the excess fertilizer will not get washed into the sewer.
- Recently an excessive amount of fertilizer was dumped into a small area and killed a patch of grass in my yard.

In each of these cases I brought it to their attention and they did correct it or acknowledge it (can't bring back dead grass or un-fertilize my neighbor's yard) but it just became too much for what we are paying them. When their products were applied at the right intervals, using the correct methods Lawn Pride was a great company but there were just too many other issues.
