I had a wonderful experience with Alice's Garden. The team was exceptionally caring, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. I purchased the most beautiful cinnamon tree, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The delivery was on time, just as promised. I highly recommend Alice's Garden for anyone looking for quality plants and outstanding service.

Kathy is wonderful and was very generous with their time and knowledge. I purchased five leather wood ferns and two button bushes and they are thriving at our new home! Their selection is diverse and plentiful without being overwhelming, which I appreciated. Love the focus on native plants and sustainable landscaping/gardening. Will be returning as often as possible!

Staff is very informative and friendly. SO MANY options to choose from when we came here and we got great info on how to care for plants and which are the easiest to care for overall.

They were very helpful and I was able to get what I wanted to build my own hummingbird hanging basket. It turned out beautiful and the hummingbirds love it!!!

Went to this location and they have a lot of nice flowers and plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to avoid the other large stores with garden sections and get more attention to your needs this is the place!

I’m somewhat new to plants and have become obsessed in the last 1-2 years. Plants are something I didn’t know I needed in my life and plant therapy is a very real thing.

This little shop is so charming and is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I’ve been in only a handful of times, but this is an extremely welcoming shop and the staff are very kind people. I’m also a sucker for anything “gift shop” and love the overall vibe of the store. I bought my golden pothos and zz plant here and they’re both doing great. I’m in love with my little purple pot. I’m not too far down the road and I’ll absolutely be purchasing more plants I can’t afford in the near future. 🫣💜

I love this plant nursery.They have a great selection of perennial, annual and seasonal plants. We always buy our starter plants at Alice's Garden. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love their green house full of beautiful succulents. They also have plant classes available. I highly recommend Alice's Garden for all of your gardening needs.

Woke up this morning to Kapp's performing a service on my yard that I did not schedule. I've never been a customer and apparently they serviced the wrong house. I called to let them know and they couldn't even tell me what they did to my lawn so I was aware.

I’ve used Kapps this year for my lawn care and I am certainly satisfied with the results. My lawn is thicker and greener than it’s been in 26 years. The staff is both professional, experienced and very kind to deal with.

Kapp's Green Lawn care is a great service. I have used the service for almost two years. My lawn looks very healthy, grows really fast and green. I would say give them a try.

Kane is a great salesman. He explained things well enough to my “diy” husband that we now get our lawn treated.

The first or second application burned my lawn. I’ve used this company for over 14 years at my present location. I was originally told, they used a different brand of weed control/fertilizer. PJ came to assess the damage on 4/5/2024, and stated “lawn looks like it will recover”, no mention of watering my grass to help dissipate the chemicals used. I was just told today, 6-14-2024, to water my grass. It’s too late, my grass is dead, no amount of water, will bring back dead grass. Kapp did give me a credit for the application that burned my grass (as they should have). I refuse to pay to correct their error. They need to remove the dead grass and reseed my lawn and whatever it takes to make me whole, again. Very disappointed. Thank you Chris for taking care of my lawn. You are an awesome district manager!!!! You deserve a raise!!! Thank you

We have always had a positive experience with Kapps. They treat our lawn monthly for flea and ticks and we have had no problems with pests since day 1 when Kapps started their service. It's worth the $50 per month to make sure our dog and family are comfortable. They always call ahead when we are going to have a treatment and they offer a payment portal to easily make payments each month. All in all, good company to work with.

We’ve used Kapps in Indianapolis for the past couple of years. We recently purchased a home, and the yard had been a bit neglected. Their services have improved our yard tremendously in a very short time.

They are very responsive and professional, and the treatments do a great job. But if we ever see a growth patch of weeds or whatever emerging, they are very quick to apply a treatment with no delay or additional cost.

We also utilize them for mosquito control, and it truly worked. I hosted an outdoor event in our backyard this summer that was thankfully mosquito free due to their timely treatments . And we utilize our outdoor area almost every day, and it’s so much more enjoyable, without having to deal with mosquitoes.

Highly recommend !

Terribly disappointed in Kapp's Green Lawn. I had them aerate our yard a year ago when they did a neighbor's yard. This year they showed up, did it again without being scheduled by me or notifying me they were coming. Then billed me. They say that's their policy. They auto renew without a signature unless told otherwise. I had no intent on using them again. I would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware.

Updated: The owner did reach out. We have a positive conversation. He understood my position about an auto renew on a one time service. Seems like a nice guy. Offered me a refund. I told him it wasn't necessary as they had performed the work, sounded like he may send it anyway.
