So friendly, tidy, and communicative. Had to reschedule due to weather and kept me informed every step of the way. Affordable as well. Love our beautiful clean house, windows, walk, and gutters!

My Guys was so thorough! We got an exterior clean and it smelled amazing. I especially appreciated all the spider webs being removed. They even cleaned our storage unit/shed in the back! The algae was terrible on the outside of the gutters in the back as well, and they made it shiny brand-new! Will definitely consider them in the future for any exterior cleaning we need! Worth every penny.

I really appreciated being able to receive an online estimate from My Guy Services. The company individuals with whom I spoke were very kind and helpful. Last week, they worked at my home. This work included cleaning my vinyl siding, my patio, driveway, porch, and sidewalks. I am so very pleased with the work that was done! Gustavo was amazing! I highly recommend My Guy Services. Great service. He was over doing my neighbor’s house and I stopped by to ask if he’d take a look at one spot on my place that needed cleaned but was hard for me to reach. He came by and said he’d be happy to knock it out before his next appointment. The spot is now clean and the charge was more than reasonable. I truly could not be more pleased.

They did an absolutely amazing job just heartwarming and speechless to see my parents house all lite up. Would definitely recommend them. They are fast, friendly, affordable , respectful, and very professional.

Was extremely satisfied with my service from My guy. I am part owner in a medium sized residential HVAC company, and I always find it interesting having other residential home services at my house. I like learning something new, or know I’m doing things right. However this call was not a sting, I was in much need of soft-washing all the way around, from my back deck, to the siding all around the house, as well as my windows. I was extremely satisfied with the scheduling process, and the communication leading up to my appointment. I was assigned William as the man for the job. I briefly introduce myself upon his arrival, and showed him the lay of the land. He was VERY professional, clean cut, and VERY trust worthy! I left for work shortly after his arrival. He kept communication with me the whole time I was at work, including a small snag on my end, that caused me to come back home so he could finish what he was there for. By the time I came home from work for the day, I was truly impressed with the overall finish of my home. That was my first soft wash experience, and 100% worth it! Thanks William, and thank you My Guy!

Will and Hamilton were awesome, professional, and truly transformed our home. After they power washed the exterior and cleaned the windows, it looks shiny and new. Mary was a delight to work with. I’m very happy I chose My Guy Services. I’d hire them again and highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. If everything goes smoothly, this vendor may seem fine — but the moment there’s an issue, their professionalism disappears. The pricing was not reasonable compared to market rates, and when I raised concerns, their response was dismissive rather than constructive.

I expect more from a business that claims to value quality and customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t reflected here. I would not take the risk again and suggest others proceed with caution or consider alternative providers.

My Guys is the best. We’ve used them for two years now, I really appreciate Mary’s communication and the flexibility that the company provides from set up to take down.

We had My Guy Services out in spring of 2024 to fill/repair cracks in concrete driveway. This winter as the photos show the repairs did not last. The owner had no corrective response or a solution for the problem. Would definitely not recommend.

Upon completion of the job we still found cobwebs on the porch and along base of house. Our lawn , bushes and trees were all Damaged. Would not recommend.

This review is for the Madison, TN branch. We've used them for the last 5 years and never had a bad experience. Scott and Thomas today were exceptional, did a phenomenal job on our hood cleaning!
