DO NOT LET THEM INSPECT ANY EQUIPMENT UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY REQUESTED THEM TO DO SO THEY WILL TRY TO COME INTO ANY RANDOM BUSINESS & CHARGE $60 DOLLARS FOR LOOKING AT A TAG ON A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

Never stick to the schedule our company is switching to a different one from now on, after years and years it just keeps getting worse with them

Had a tech at my office. The tech was rude and refused to give me an estimate. I called the Nelbud representative and she was helpful. But the experience was not good.

We have worked with these guys for years. They give the customer the experience they expect, and always show their work with online photos and videos. Exhaust cleaning is thankless work, and these guys do it right.

Called Michael and team about emergency issue on a Friday night! His team was out the next day to take care of us. Great customer service, value, and awesome local company!

Installed parts to my hood fan without authorization from an owner, and then charged a ton for it. Would not work with us on a resolution. Less than 1 star.

I own a chain of coffee shops & this company has tried to bill my business more than once for inspection on fire extinguishers that I didn't ask for since its done by the city/health department. they have went into a few of my locations & Conned my employees into letting them punch a hole on a tag of a fire extinguisher & then charge $60 dollars watch out for this company.

I will not use this company again. I had them clean for Covid. I wasn't getting the quality of cleaning as I thought I was getting but then again I should have asked. They ran the mister, wiped my benches, some cubbies, light switches and door knobs and a small countertop in about 20 minutes. Got charged $495. What a rip-off! I could have done way better and more thoroughly cleaning. I will not use their service again.

This company is a scam!!! I've waited months for them to show up. Called them and got nothing but rude representatives. When they finally came I got charged $60 to punch a hole in paper for fire extinguishers when they did nothing!!! Don't waste your money or time!!!

This company is a complete joke. Had to call them to do inspections after they were five months past. When my business was in trouble with the fire department I let them know about the issues and they proceeded to cuss me out and say it wasn’t their job to do certain things. The employees refuse to give me their names and only the bosses name which was Jesse. Do not rely on this company. Look at how sarcastic the owner is at his responses to other negative reviews. That alone should tell you you’re just wasting your money hiring Nelbud.

This business is very unprofessional and it took several months for them to respond when they didn’t show up to a scheduled cleaning. The employees were using explicit language over the phone, the quality of work was less than mediocre, and I would NOT recommend using their services. If you want a proper cleaning, take your business elsewhere.

I wouldn't ever use this company again for any reason, ever. If you feel you must, don't let them do any work that is not clearly stated in the quote. Understand your quote! A salesman may say the total job for all work is x$, but a bill will come out that is twice as much. You've been warned.

The company is a complete joke. When I told them about things they missed from their last visit they punched their van and threw a hissy fit. The owner just enables this behavior because he just throws cheap shots in his replies to other owners. This is a common thread for him and no respectful person would talk like that. This company is on the decline.

360services is more than amazing!!! I have called them at a very short notice to provide us with Fire protection, exhaust hood cleaning, grease hood cleaning, stack cleaning services to our Factory in Indianapolis. They came the next day and provided us the services needed. They were very reasonable with their rates and very professional.
I highly recommend this company.

I had nelbud inspect my equipment here in Bloomington and their employees got very confrontational when I told them specifically what needed to be done. Mind them it took them 9 months to come to my place of work and actually even show any attention to my facilities but when I told them about my emergency exit light and my fire extinguishers they proceeded to use explicit language and got confrontational and say that isn’t what they are here to do, there are they for my hoods. While I can be understanding and see that my service and priority on which these matters needed to be done I was not satisfied. Being talking to with such disrespect was utterly unacceptable, I pay them every month for them to check my equipment and thus far they are proved to me they do not care about their customers that support them!

Kenny/Kenneth and Charly H came in to clean and they were amazing. It was late night/ early morning at the bar I work at. So nice and they explained everything to me so I could understand easily. Amazing crew. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Did a great cleaning on our ovens at my job. Especially appreciate Alejandro for taking the time to make sure everything worked properly again before leaving. They cleaned up the mess behind themselves as well. Would recommend using this company.

Kenneth Wisemen and his team are very thorough. I'm not sure our company has ever been that clean, and it's wonderful.
They're easy to work with, friendly, and ensure everything is to our liking. You definitely get what you pay for!
