We opted for the deep cleaning and had some problems afterwards with missed areas. They were very apologetic and prompt in getting another person out to cover the overlooked areas at no extra cost, which we were appreciative of. Overall I'd rate the deep cleaning 3.5/5 but their customer service was definitely 5/5.

We had Nicole and Ashley come and clean our condo today. They both were excellent. They called to let me know when they arrived. They let me know every step of the way of what was happening since I was not there. They did an excellent job cleaning everything …I highly recommend them. The condo is spotless !!! They were terrific.
The Office support staff was also excellent. They answered the phone promptly, sent text messages to allow me to know what was happening and the upcoming services.

We had a wonderful experience using Bee Friends for our move-out clean. We were moved out prior to the cleaning, so we needed a reliable service to clean the house without us there.
