Dan and his wife were prompt, punctual and very professional. They did a Garage clean out job for us and they were Reasonable in price. They did a Great job and I would use their services again.

They are great with lawn maintenance and they did grinding of old tree stumps too. They are very professional and a very kind business to work with. I would recommend and use them anytime for all yard and garden projects. Thank you Dana Property Services!!!

Dan and his wife have done fall clean up for us the last two years and they are excellent and reasonably priced. I plan on using them again in the spring for other projects.

Dan helped me move a king size bed! We asked him and he fit it in his schedule as soon as he could! He helped put the bed together, which was something not initially agreed upon! They went out of their way to help me , made sure they were careful not to scratch the furniture or damage anything along the way and did so at the last minute! I highly recommend using Dan and his services! Very nice people!

Dan came the next day. He cleaned gutters, front and back yard. We had a lot of pine needles and leaves and some wood to be hauled away. They did an awesome job. We are retired seniors with health problems and it was such a relief to see everything clean. Thanks Dan and workers.

Dan’s Property Services did an excellent job with mulching, removing “junk” from my garage, power washing the side of my home, and deck tear down & removal. Dan responds timely to text messages and comes out to perform the work when he says he will. He and his wife are so nice to work with and they do an excellent job. Price is very reasonable. I definitely will use their services in the future.

Daniel is my regular lawn person. Today he cut down a big tree in my backyard and trimmed another big one on the side of the house.
He did an excellent job on both of them and cleaned up all the branches and debris left over. Best of all I love that he always shows up on time. He is my best standard of what a contractor should be. Thanks Daniel... keep it up

Dan has worked at my house a few times and always done an excellent job. Most recently after the big wind storm, he was here the next day to remove a fallen tree, clean up debris and stand up sections of a fallen wood fence. Given all the damage in the area, I was fortunate to have him the next day and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

The TrimX crew did a great job moving and spreading the mulch I ordered! They accomplished in an hour what would have taken me days to do, and the works looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again, and I've already recommended them to others. Pros: arrived on time,worked hard,and pricing was very reasonable!
