Asked Joe to look into a large tree at my in-laws home to ensure it was not damaged or has pending issues. Joe updated the tree was in good shape and for the time being all is well. No attempted up-sale, just his knowledge of the tree and upcoming maintenance it may need in the future. When the time comes, Joe is my first call. Thanks Joe!

Jose and his team did a phenomenal job removing and clearing the area of my tree. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and they did the job extremely quickly and efficiently. They took great care of my home and the surrounding area, and they left my yard in wonderful state. I can’t wait to work with Jose, Brian, and his son again.

From when I first called to when the work was complete, this team was the epitome of professional. Jose was able to come out within a couple hours of my call. We wanted to save a beautiful old tree, but it was dangerously close to power lines. It had a deep split in one main branch and a few large woodpecker holes. We already lost one (overly-pruned-by-the-power-company) tree five years ago on a windy spring day. It barely missed falling on the house. We chose A Tree's Worth because of the evaluation from a certified arborist. Unfortunately, the best plan was to take it down. The day before, they let our neighbors know what to expect. We didn't need the mulch byproduct, but one of our neighbors did. So they delivered it to his driveway after finishing the job. They processed the wood into manageable chunks, and we now have many years' worth of firewood. They arrived just a bit early to prep the area and worked hard all day. They stayed on site for lunch and we're back to work in about 30 minutes. They cleaned as they went and left our yard almost better than when they started. They are a perfectly choreographed production of safety and efficiency and absolutely have this down to a science. We intend to plant some trees to make up for the ones we've lost and are looking forward to working with A Tree's Worth on that project!

Sal was awesome. It is great to see someone want to save trees, not just cut them down. Also, the ability to have tree diagnosed by Purdue really installed my trust that he was honest and legit and knew what he was talking about. I will use them again.

Sending a huge praise for the guys at “A Tree’s Worth”!! Had issues with insect infestation in a large tree. Jose (arborist) came out with his climbing gear and climbed all over that tree until he found the source of the problem. Very knowledgeable, honest, and accountable! They returned as scheduled to trim the trees on our property. Cleaned up beautifully and were very careful not to destroy lawn where they worked. I had a tree trimmed to an ornamental shape, the beds all the way around my house de-weeded and mulch laid as well as two trees cut back away from my fence. Saul and the crew were Very knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do. My yard is beautiful again. I got 3 estimates and Tree’s Worth were the most reasonable. They showed up at the scheduled time and clean up was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Sal responded to my initial call request for a quote really quickly. We had a very dead tree hanging over our house with storms on the radar the next day. His team came out the next day before the storm hit and worked through the rain to ensure that large risk was mitigated for us. Even cut the wood up for us to keep for firewood and cleaned up everything super well. They will be our go-to for all tree services for the future. Sal and his team were great at communicating and problem solving our yard. We got delayed a couple times because of weather but once the work started it was an awesome experience. This is a wonderful company to work with. Our second time with them. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. This year Sal and his staff of workers dead wooded three ornamental trees while lightly shaping them. They also dead wooded a large sweetgum tree and then spread thirteen yards of dark shredded hardwood mulch around the property. Meticulous work. They do not blow the mulch in or just dump it and spread casually with rakes. They neatly trench each area, removing any weeds or undesired grass, spread the mulch by hand carefully around plants , shrubs and trees. Beauty and care. Reasonably priced. We will continue to use this company in the future. And they have outstanding equipment. I strongly recommend you use them too.

Working with Sal was a wonderful experience. He is a certified arborist, and we needed help with our withering 35' Blue Spruce, two 35' Norway Pines and our 40' River Birch.

23 years ago, we planted these trees in a staggered pattern in our backyard to use as screening, since we do not have a fence around our yard, and we wanted our large deck to have some privacy. Now that the trees have matured, they were actually doing damage to each other. We had to remove the 35' Blue Spruce, so that the remaining trees could get more sunshine and nutrients from the soil.

Sal educated us on what needed to be done, and after the Blue Spruce was removed, Sal and his crew trimmed our remaining trees in a way that will train them to "fill in the large privacy gap" created when we removed the Blue Spruce. We had no idea that could be done! Sal and his crew also "lifted our trees" (trimmed them at the bottoms), so they will remain healthy and be more resistant to insects and disease. We had no idea that needed to be done either. We love the look of "natural trees", and we did not know that our trees needed to be tended to, other than water and fertilizer that we provide regularly.

Sal was the first to respond to our Thumbtack request. He was super responsive, polite, helpful and knowledgeable every time we contacted him. We have asked Sal to contact us in 2-3 years for the next time we need our trees tended to. If we had contacted Sal a few years ago, he said we could have saved our Blue Spruce.

Aldair and his team did an excellent job on our yard’s mulching and Spring clean up. They were timely, professional, thorough and incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
