kevin and his crew did a wonderful job transforming my backyard landscaping - trimming bushes and trees, and cleaning up my garden beds and plant areas. they also cleared up the back patio and it looked great! on their way out, they even mowed the front yard for free, so the front looked just as great! everything was edged nicely and wrapped up perfectly. great summer reset! planning on having them come out and do some
re-seeding soon and it’ll look perfect! thank you new gen!

This is the company that my apartment complex uses. Two of their crew barked and whistled at me when I was on the way back from the apartment pool in my bathing suit. Not cool. Stay classy, Midwest Landscape Industries, stay classy!

Seen two of their employees at Midwest Laboratories on Shadeland Ave @ 715am this morning hooking water line into fire hydrant to fill their water tank. Definitely not legal. Shame on this company.

Very unprofessional company. Horrible communication on the administrative side. I am completely appalled by just how horrible this business is ran. The work is not good; way over priced. Save yourself time and money and go with literally any other business. Horrible company.

Midwest Landscape Industries installed an irrigation system in our well established front and side yards and landscaped/mulched areas in May 2021. The design process & installation went very smoothly. The installation minimally disturbed the existing turf. A leak was discovered a few days after the installation completed and MLI was very prompt in making the repair. They provided good system documentation. Other then the installation being a little later compared to what I was initially told (which was partially due to the spring snow event) everything worked like clock work.

It is a messy company with a lack of leadership and abuse of power, there are always problems with payments, literally they pay how and when they want, they also discount how they want, I left that company because they decided to lower my payment without prior notice and the payment of the majority of employees and when asking why? There was no valid response and not agreeing, the solution was to terminate my contract without just cause or valid reason, one more case of discrimination!!! And as if that weren't enough, I still owed almost two weeks of work, they never answered my calls again and it is worth clarifying that mine was not the only case. In this company they carry out bad procedures because they do not use first-class material, but rather waste from other houses for new projects.

Great service for years then this year after sending in my agreement, ghosted. Then, after a few calls and e-mails, still no replies. Not sure if in business or not but now I need another provider and they have a signed agreement so feel stuck.

Megan Marsh provides superior service to her clients. She is pleasant to speak with, provides timely follow-up, and represents her company well. I have worked with this company for several years but this account manager seems to be of a different caliber!

Highly recommend Raul and his team for tree trimming and landscaping work. Raul was prompt, professional, and communicative from start to finish, and his pricing was extremely fair. The crew handled the tree trimming with great care, especially in tight spaces near the home, and completed everything safely and efficiently.

One thing that really stood out was the cleanup. After the work was completed, they took extra time to thoroughly clear all branches and debris, leaving the property looking great.

I needed urgent tree trimming work completed to satisfy a homeowners insurance requirement and maintain my hazard coverage policy, and Raul quickly prioritized the job and provided all documentation needed for the insurance company. That level of responsiveness and professionalism meant a lot.
