Chris has been doing my landscaping for 23 years, he has done a great job from creating my new patios to new landscaping to irrigation and my Christmas light installation. This company is top quality. I highly recommend them. They are really busy because they do quality work but definitely worth the wait!!

Technician broke my aluminum fence in Nov 2024. Chris Thomas came out and advised they would repair of course, no problem. I waited out the winter and early spring as it will require concrete work.
NOW NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS! WHO DOES THAT??? As a long standing customer ..I advise you to Stay away!

They were ok. They just left when they were done without notifying me or doing a walk thru to see if I was satisfied. They had no problem cashing the check as quick as the could though.

I was able to call and set things up easily. The team came out promptly and took care of trimming our tree.

I arranged to meet for a landscaping consultation at noon. After twenty minutes of no call, no show, I called the office and explained that I couldn't wait any longer, since I had arranged to be out of the office specifically for the consult and had limited time. The office person put me on hold while she tried to contact the person who was supposed to come, to see what had happened. The person she tried to contact was "unavailable and probably in the field because it went to voicemail." She said that they'd likely call me soon, and if not, she'd contact me once hearing back from them. I never heard back. A huge waste of my time.

Our back yard was in a terrible state. Grass had died and was being taken over by weeds. They sprayed the areas to kill weeds and came 1 1/2 weeks later to cultivate and lay sod. Yard looks great so far!

The crew came and had all the right equipment to remove a large amount of leaves from our yard. Would have taken me days to do the same by myself.

I signed a contract for weekly service from 01 July 2021 - 31 October 2021 for my home. They came three times and never came back. I’ve called and called. In fact, I’ve called six times in the past two weeks alone. Each time, I get the receptionists (who are very nice). They take down my information for the supervisor, who never calls back. I paid $1616.00 for the services and have received neither what I paid for nor any type of refund. This is definitely not an operating model that I can get behind.
