I bought a total of 5 trees (3 japanese maple, 2 dogwood) from here and they all died within 3 months. I spoke to the owner Rich and he was very nasty, rude, unprofessional, and just an all around jerk about it. I definitely would not recommend doing any business with Rich or this company.

This landscaping company is contracted at the apartment complex where I live. Today they just sprayed some chemical on the lawns right up to our open windows on first floor and it's now wafting in. The apartment claims they don't know what they are spraying.

Apartment is on the White River. This company fertilizers at obviously bad timing like before storms, and so much that it looks like someone salted the pavement in the middle of spring and summer. The drainage ditches used to have wild native plants as a riparian zone to absorb excess runoff but they mowed them down this year so all of this pollution runs into the watershed.

I am very pleased with the work they did for me. They put in all new landscaping around my house. Rob used plants that are perfect for the areas, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. The crew was timely and worked extremely hard to make my yard look terrific. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

We highly recommend Green Acres Landscaping. We selected Green Acres for our fairly large landscaping project which included a new design, removing all the old landscaping and significant pruning of existing bushes and trees. Green Acres’ bid was competitive. They provided a design and drawings at no cost which was not contingent on selecting them for the project. Rob incorporated our thoughts and ideas into a beautiful design. He was very professional, addressing any concerns or scope changes quickly. Besides the design, a primary factor in selecting Green Acres was their method of paver installation. They trench, apply fabric, crushed stone and compact. The edging stones are also glued end to end. This was important to us since our old pavers sank in the ground. Although this is the recommended method by the manufacturers, not all landscapers utilize this method. Sebastian and the installation team were amazing. The team was quality focused and worked very hard in extreme heat. They were on time, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make us happy. We love our new Landscaping.

Inconsiderate & rude! Almost caused a wreck bc their driver thought their time was more important than the other 20 drivers, who had been waiting patiently in line to turn. I suggest driving with some common sense, if you're going to drive a company truck!

Green Acres is the place to be....! I've been super impressed with the quality product and exceptional customer service that I get every year from Rich Hayes and his team. Juan was the lead installer for the last two years and he does great work and really knows planting and he has provided my family with good advice each time he and his crew arrive to install, I really like working with Rich and Juan! They installed 4 beautiful October Glory Maples last year and 5 varieties of trees this year along with some double knock out roses and shrubs. I look forward to the annual tree sale every year. If you are looking for suggestions on what type of tree is right for you, give Rich a call. I had lost a couple of older white pines that died b/c they were in a really wet area and Rich recommended 5 to 10 varieties off the top of his head that would flourish in wet soil. We had another area where some heavy duty ground clear was applied and Juan took extra care planting in what I called "contaminated soil", by adding some good top soil and compost to help. I'll post some photos in the spring when these trees all have leaves on them again/ and or some might be flowering! I can't say enough good things about Green Acres Landscape & Design, if you have any landscaping upgrades or new installations, give them a try!

I have been a customer of Green Acres for years. They never disappoint. They have completed hardscape and landscape projects as well as adding numerous tree plantings. Their workersw are polite, on time, work hard and clean up every day. I would, and will, use them again!!!

Rich and Rob are a pleasure to work with! They came up with wonderful plans for our patio project, including installation of landscaping, and executed it perfectly. They also take care of our landscaping throughout the year, and I couldn't ask for a better crew!

Since 2018, I have trusted Rob Beatley and his company, Green Acres Landscape & Design with annual landscaping projects to upgrade and beautify my home's exterior appearance.
With Rob's guidance and suggestions, Green Acres has completely redone and expanded all of my landscape, and provides annual maintenance to insure my property is always looking its best.
Additionally, they have expanded my back yard patio from its
original 14' x 14' slab of concrete, to a beautiful 26' x 20' patio that includes concrete pavers surrounding the original concrete. They also installed a 12' x 12' gazebo, complete with ceiling lighting as well as additional patio floor lighting surrounding the its perimeter. I now have a spacious, functional and attractive area to enjoy in full sun or shade, at any time of day or night.
Rob has always been kind and courteous and always responds to my inquiries in a very agreeable and timely amount of time. His knowledge of landscaping is superior. Ron's honesty and integrity with regards to any aspect of business is unquestioned.
While other landscaping companies may offer similar results, Green Acres has always given me exactly what I wanted, in a timely matter with professional results, while 100% standing behind their products and their work. I have no reason and have no intention to ever consider using anyone else in the future.
I have been completely satisfied with everyone of the multiple projects that Green Acres, with Rob's direction has completed at my home, and I look forward to them completing additional projects for me in the future.

Rob and the Green Acres crew have worked on two landscaping projects for us. We been amazed at the quality of the trees and installation. Working with them for design, taking tours of the trees and installation has been a breeze. We continue to contact them with projects for our home as we sculpt our 4 acre property. Great experience all around.
We initially worked with Green Acres during their yearly tree sale. They provided friendly advice on what type of tree best suited our situation and combined that with the reasonable price and easy installation. Conversations from that purchase led us to work with their wonderful landscape achitect to plan the landscape around our entire home, including plants, shrubs, trees , lighting, and a patio replacement. We are now in phase 2 of our project and love working with Green Acres.

I hired Green Acres for a large landscaping project and I couldn't be happier with the results! I'm a very hands-on person, and working with Rob made the entire process a great experience. I had a great experience in working with Green Acres Landscape and Design. They were very collaborative since day 1, clearly listening what I have in mind for designing and installing multiple trees on my backyard. They were extremely responsive during the design phase, changing it multiple times as per my request and then they were very diligent in getting ready for planting (they even took care of calling 811, making sure utilities were marked before digging, something that other companies will ask you to do it yourself). Backyard is looking great and they have provide a 1-year guarantee on all the trees (there is actually one that might not make it, but I have no worries since they will just come in the fall and replace it for free).

We’ve had an excellent experience working with Rob at Green Acres. He listened to my wants and provided tailored suggestions and design that perfectly align with what I’m looking for. We completed our tree project this fall and Rob shared so much insightful information about the different types of trees, their growth patterns, and the ideal placement on our property. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking to add beautiful trees to your property or a complete landscape design! Can’t wait to work with Rob again this spring.

Really happy with my back yard transformation done by Rob and his team. He listened to what I wanted and executed it beautifully. Looking forward to spring when all comes back to life and even more. I plan to add a raised garden, more flower beds, and front yard makeover. Overall, extremely pleased (fyi - green acres was recommended by my aunt who has had them take care of her landscaping for many years).
