Bradford with Nova Tree Care was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly timely in coming out to quote our project and extremely knowledgeable—he even took the time to explain all the different trees on our property. We had two massive 70+ ft eastern white pines right in front of our house that constantly dropped sap on our cars where we park. Bradford initially quoted us for removing one tree, but after deciding to take down both, he promptly came back out to reassess and provided a very competitive updated quote compared to others we received.

Bradford and his crew were nothing short of the best—professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. The work they did was immaculate, and they left our property looking better than ever. They also arranged for stump grinding the next morning, and the person who handled that was equally fantastic.

Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with removing several large trees in our back yard that were not easy to bring down. Brad and his crew are highly skilled tree climbers who surgically brought down the trees piece by piece. Excellent communication from Brad made the experience smooth and stress free. I’d highly recommend Nova Tree Care.

Nova was great! Bradford came out to do a consultation and I was immediately impressed compared to other companies I had spoken with. He assessed the tree, discussed a detailed plan including the preservation of surrounding shrubs, and gave advice on how to best replace the tree in the future. Not a single shrub was damaged, all of the debris was removed. Nova was very respectful of my entire property while they worked- something I have unfortunately had problems with from other companies.
I was really sad to have lost a tree, but Nova helped to make sure it was as smooth of a process as possible and that I didn’t lose anything else in the process.

Bradford and his team removed two birch trees from my yard. They did and fantastic job in tree removal, stump grinding, and clean up. They even ground the stump of a tree that a Carmel company failed to do correctly. Several of my neighbors commented positively on the great clean up they did in the yard. The best I can say is that I will use Nova Tree Care again in the future.

Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with our project! From the initial consultation, through the tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding, it was clear that they wanted to do what was best for us as well as what would be best for our trees! We asked several companies that we saw work often within our Meridian-Kessler neighborhood for estimates for this job, and Nova Tree Care was by far the most reasonable. Great company! Great value! My neighbor had a big branch come down in our yard off of their giant old oak tree. Brad showed up quickly to assess the situation. He was great at keeping me in the loop and coordinating the game plan. My neighbor and I always felt the old tree was in good hands with Brad and his crew. Our historic neighborhood hired Nova to do crown cleaning of many of our mature canopy trees last fall, and we were very happy with his work. Bradford is a very skilled arborist, easy to work with, and efficient. We had multiple neighbors comment on the quality of his work and his courteousness as they passed by. We would absolutely hire Nova again for any of our tree care needs.

Nova Tree Care and Bradford did an excellent job. Extremely professional and communication throughout the process was excellent as well. Removed a large pine tree, ground the stump and left the yard in great condition. I would definitely utilize Nova Tree Care for future projects.

Bradford is a true tree arborist. He cares deeply for trees and knows how to take care of them. This is the second time we had him out. The first was a complicated tree removal adjacent to our house. He completed that no problem.

This time was pruning on some trees that I requested some limbs to be removed. Bradford was able to examine the tree and convinced us to do some selective pruning and I am so glad he did. He was able to suggest things I wouldn’t think about to save the health of the tree and achieve the results we needed.

Had a big Oak branch come down into a neighbor’s shed in a winter storm days before Christmas. Brad got back to me immediately, was there within the hour to do an estimate. He and a partner were back within 48 hours to take care of the entire mess. They even used their leaf blowers to take care of my messy yard when they were done.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I love this tree and so do my neighbors, so it means a lot to us. Even scheduled for a tree check up in spring- can’t tell you how much stress and potential cost this has saved me!

Nova Tree Care did a great job removing two small trees from our backyard! Bradford made sure we had plenty of time to schedule our internet line to be dropped since it was in the trees. On the day of, he was flexible with the schedule when the internet line needed taken down out of the tree and moved before any cutting could be done. He also made an extra effort to quickly be on site when the internet company showed up earlier than expected so he could provide direction on how to best manage the internet line to prevent any issues. Our quote was fair and reasonable compared to the two other companies we also were looking at using. Appreciate the work he did and would recommend Nova Tree Care to others!

Brad was fantastic to work with. He came out the same day I called to check on a tree in our backyard, gave honest feedback, and even saved us money by explaining it wasn’t an urgent issue. He scheduled the work quickly, and he and his team did a great job clearing the yard and trimming the tree to keep it healthy. I had some issues with Xfinity not dropping my line for my tree trimming, and Nova Tree Care has been incredibly patient throughout the process! They took such care in getting as much of the job done as possible anyways without compromising safety. Mr. Brad is incredibly kind and cares a lot about the work he does. Working with him has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this business for any tree needs!!

I had a great experience with Nova Tree Care. Brad and his team are certified arborists and know exactly what they are doing. I had a large silver maple in my back yard that needed tree trimming and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Nova Tree Care removed an oak tree from our property that had begun to rot. Brad and his team were fantastic to work with. Brad is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He came out quickly to assess the tree and provided a fair quote. He provided excellent communication leading up to our appointment and scheduled us quickly. The team was extremely professional and treated both our and our neighbor’s property with respect. They felled the tree safely and removed all debris. They left the area looking spotless. I will definitely be using Nova Tree Care in the future. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had about 30 weed trees in the front and back yard that needed to be removed and one giant oak tree overhanging the house that needed to be trimmed back. NOVA Tree Care did a terrific job removing the weed trees, trimming back the oak tree and cleaning up all the debris. Brad is very knowledgeable and experienced. He dropped big limbs and whole trees right where he wanted them--far away from the house, garage and the trees we wanted to keep. Most of the time he lowered trees and limbs very slowly with ropes. It was like everything was in slow motion! Very safe, very careful, very precise. He's a pro. He clearly knows what he's doing, understands trees, understands his equipment. I plan to hire him again the next time I need tree work. I would totally recommend him for any tree job. Five stars!

We had Nova take down a huge tree in our backyard. They did a great job and were well priced. I really appreciated how they understood that for me it was not just a safety decision to take the tree down but also an emotional one (we had so many memories under that tree). Brad and his team were great. We also had them prune a smaller tree, and that went very smoothly too. I would highly recommend.

We were so happy with the work provided by Nova Tree Care! We wanted to get a few trees taken down to open up the back yard for our kids to play. Shortly after reaching out about the initial estimate, Bradford came to the house and was incredibly kind and professional as he walked the yard explaining which trees he'd recommend and price estimate for different combinations of tree/stump removal. We received the estimate same day and got on the schedule less than 1 month later. On the day of tree removal, they were prompt in their arrival and meticulously took down the trees ensuring that the yard was in better shape when they left than before they got there.
