Jim from COIT has been super helpful and knowledgeable. He's advised my property manager to implement long term solutions instead of short term fixes. He identified an issue with the central air conditioning unit that an HVAC company failed to correctly identify. I think he's saved me money and stress while renting a house plagued by flooding, mold, and maintenance problems.

Jose was just the best employee you could ever hope for. COIT should always aspire to hire employees just like him.
* He called ahead.
* He did a walkthrough with me and then he told me step-by-step exactly what I could expect from today's service.
* He was polite.
* Before he reached the final item on his to-do list, he asked us to review all other items he had already completed.
* He was thorough.
* He labeled my furnace so we can track future appointments.
* He cleaned up his items and went about his way.
* AND... Two days after, Jose did a follow-up phone call to make sure we were pleased with the Air Ducts, Grout scrubbing and Carpet Cleaning he did.
(That last step prompted this review)

I called to schedule a cleaning for a large leather couch. The booking was easy and the owner was kind. He said it would be about $400, which seemed high but he said the techs would spend hours doing a very thorough cleaning. The cleaning techs charged $625 and were here for no more than 45 minutes from start to finish. The couch looks OK, but not much better and it was definitely not worth $625. I totally got ripped off. Would not recommend.

Used this service yesterday for carpet cleaning for 1 floor of stairs and a master closet. Was quoted $135 over phone before booking (as this is their minimum). Owner Jim advised since they are located 45 minutes away they could not provide in person quote but would come out & complete service. Day of service, the technician was a no call no show. I called owner who sent out another technician several hours later to complete. Technicians were nice and friendly however upon arrival stated $250 and added $25 service charge. I watched them complete task which was done in under 30 minutes and did not add any extra scrub services which could justify the extra charge. They sprayed the carpet then used steamer to clean. I called the owner next day to talk about unexpected service/charge and he would not issue any refund and stated he stood behind technicians. Advised $25 service charge is for price of equipment/chemicals, which makes no sense to me. Would not recommend, seems like a scam to charge more at time of service...

Second trip to the "spa" for my 30 year old oriental rug now that two cats have moved out - and it looks amazing. Thank you!

Rug was cleaned well and pick up and delivery was great. It took a month though because they miss tagged my rug.

Team was responsive, professional and did an OUTSTANDING job removing smoker residue from carpets so that the expecting & asmatic resident could move into a safer, cleaner environment! Would highly recommend!

If I'd known the cost to clean my rug was so reasonable I wouldnt have waited 25 years to do it! Great communication, loved seeing the cleaning process and really appreciate the work you did to make my rug look great.

It was outstanding! They took the rugs out and when they returned they put them back. This helped me tremendously because I wasn't able to lift them myself. They were courteous and explained the cleaning options so that I could match one that suited my needs best.

Loved the pick up and delivery option and reasonable charge for this service. My three rugs came back looking like new and the friendly deliveryman helped me put them in place. The charge was less than quoted from other sources and I liked the video and services described on the website. Overall a great experience.

Courteous staff and professional work. We had four hard to clean area rugs cleaned by Heirloom. The fabric colors were bright and fibers standing up like the day they were purchased, including the high traffic areas.

Don cleaned carpets for me three times last week and did an outstanding job. He always shows up timely, gives great recommendations and the final product is always remarkable. I will continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs. Well done!!!

I like the pick up and drop off service they offer, but my rug doesn’t seem like it was cleaned well. The fibers are still mated down and it still have the same old dirty smell it had before they picked it up. I thought it would’ve had a clean smell to it since it was being cleaned. I’m not pleased with the work at all. On a scale 1-10 I give them a 4 and that’s only on the pick up and drop off service they offer.

Very pleased with the thorough cleaning of two rugs - they got the cat pee out successfully, no remarking by our hyper-vigilant cat! Also had fringe replaced on one rug - it looks so much better. Reasonable price for cleaning, repair, and new carpet pads. Thank you!

Truck was timely in pick up and delivery, as well as our 2 rugs were laid with perfection and job done was far superior than what we anticipated, we are truly impressed with the workmanship. Our rugs look brand new again and they feel wonderful to the touch even. A Big Thank You to staff who cleaned our pieces and also to those who delivered and laid our rugs.

We have a hand knotted woolen rug from my Husbands family that had not been cleaned ever. I was afraid to use just any carpet cleaning company as I new this rug was handmade and was 100% wool. I once was driving behind one or Heirlooms trucks and I made a mental note of it. Just last month, we decided to have the rug cleaned. Ends up their office is very near our home! I was able to deliver the rug myself and also received $15 off for saying I saw them on Facebook! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a tour of where and how my rug would be cleaned. They even kept it for 4 weeks while we puppy trained a new pet. I met the owner when I picked it up yesterday. Super friendly, very proud of his company and employees and their work. All in all, a great experience. I will use them again. So should you!

Jaylen was my service tech today & what a great job he did! On time, professional & speedy. I was sent instructions before on what needed to be done before his arrival. He called 1/2 hour before to tell me when he would arrive. Truly a great experience.
Already discussed a future date for grout cleaning. A very pleased customer.
