My cat urinated under the Christmas tree. I used three solutions and a hand held carpet cleaner but couldn’t get the spot up. I booked Indy Steamers at 9pm and they arrived by 10am the next day. They arrive within their window and even gave me an ETA so I was prepared. When they arrived they used a black light to make sure all spots were treated properly for urine. They were polite and used attention to detail. The carpet looks great and the urine is gone! They went above and beyond and cleaned my entire living room area and hallway. I highly suggest them for anyone needed a professional cleaning done - especially for stubborn pet spots!

Indy Steamers and Damon were extremely efficient and did an amazing job on my couch. They even disinfected it for me and it smells wonderful. I could not recommend them more highly so please, if you need an upholstery cleaner, pick up the phone and call them.

Damon Lott just left after cleaning my apartment carpet, and I’m absolutely blown away by the results!!! There were multiple stains I truly didn’t believe would be able to be lifted, I just wanted a nice clean carpet. Absolutely every stain was lifted, it smells amazing, and Damon was so personable. Easy making an appointment on line. The carpet had a heavy (dirty) traffic pattern plus pet stains. Damon called ahead to give me his arrival time. He and his partner got to work immediately. Damon told me to call if any stains reappeared. He was courteous and efficient. I would hire again.

Damon Lott was professional, respectful, and extremely easy to work with! He did an excellent job completing upholstery cleaning and did it in a timely manner. When he left my furniture was looking restored and the whole house was smelling fresh! Would 100% recommend using this service for any cleaning work you need to get done!
