Elite took care of our carpets when we moved to our home. The previous owner had “ruined” the carpets, and we thought we’d have to replace them entirely. These guys restored our carpets and saved us from the exorbitant cost of carpets, pads, labor, etc.

They were on time, professional, and most importantly to a tight wad like myself: reasonably priced.

Lamine and Elite Steamer do a fantastic job at our 402 unit apartment community. They are reliable, friendly, and have great customer service! I highly recommend Elite Steamer to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning team!

I had my porcelain tile and a dining room carpet with a stubborn red wine stain cleaned. Both rooms were clean, with great results! I wasn’t home when the service was performed, but received before/after pictures at completion. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and the responsive. If I own or rent another home they would be my first choice. I have already given their contact information to a friend!!

Elite Steamer are the best in town. Lamine and his team did a phenomenal job. Had a few stains from my job that i was afraid wouldn’t go away but Lamine was able to make our carpets look like new. Definitely recommend their service, very professional and well done job.

Elite cleaned the carpet and rugs inside my house after move-out and did a fantastic job! They arrived at the time they said they would and the tech was very friendly and professional. I thought the price that we paid for there service was very fair and I would highly recommend them.

Elite Steamer did an amazing job! Prior to having my carpets cleaned, despite constant vacuuming, they looked worn down and had a few stains. But, now they look and feel brand new again! The guys at Elite are amazing. I used them for years in my own home on a regular basis since I have a Great Dane that is hard on beige carpets. I recently hired them to do a move out clean for my mothers home which had stained carpets when she moved into the home 7 years prior and it was such a huge improvement!! I also provided their info to a realtor friend of mine who needed them ASAP for a showing and they really went out of their way to take care of them. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years and I won’t use anyone else.

My husband and I are selling our home and wanted to give the buyers newly cleaned carpets. Elite Steamer Carpet Cleaner was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and at an affordable price. We specifically had some high trafficked areas in our living room, stairs and main hallway. The technician was even able to get some stains out of the carpet, that we have been trying to get out for years! The carpets looked as good as they did on the day we moved in 8 years ago and they were dry within a few hours.

This company is a complete scam. I was a franchise owner, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. They took my money, promised support, and then disappeared. No manager, no guidance, no help—just silence while I lost every single account.

They don't care about you. All they care about is collecting your fees and leaving you to figure everything out alone. It's a joke of a company, run by people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing—or worse, they just don’t care.

Coverall is not a business partner. It’s a trap. If you're thinking about investing in one of their franchises, don’t. Save your money and your sanity.
