I don’t normally write reviews. Excellent customer service should be acknowledged. Neighbor was having lawn aerated. Naturescape didn’t hesitate to accommodate me without having service scheduled. When there was a very minimal issue Naturescape resolved it without a request or call from me. Will be scheduling in the future

UPDATE 1/7/2025: I cancelled our annual service for 2025 due to repeated calls to correct uncontrolled weeds over a 2 month period late summer/early fall. Several areas must be re-seeded which can't happen until later in 2025. Otherwise, they were great for the first few years I used them.

First and foremost, Pam is an outstanding customer service representative. She is ALWAYS friendly, cheery, kind and understanding. I could talk to her forever. Very sweet person. I have been using NatureScape since 9/2022 and as of today I have no reason for switching to another service provider. The lawn looks very good for a reasonable price. Pam and Michelle are very responsive reps whenever I call. My only recent issue is after their 4th regularly scheduled visit of this season this year, I still have some weeds that did not die off. When I called to have them come back out to retreat the few stubborn weeds their service tech not only treated the weeds but also applied another full fertilizer treatment. Mistakes happen which I totally understand, but a week later several of the weeds were still not dying so I called a second time to get the remaining weeds treated again. Pam said they already started round 5 treatments and could not come out to specifically treat the weeds a third time. Rather, I had to wait for my regularly scheduled fifth and final treatment of the season. Overall, it's a very minor issue which is why I still give a five star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not stress enough how happy we are with Naturescape! We have been with them for about 5 yrs now. We have used every service at one time or another except for the tree and grub services.
I have had questions and requests, yet never an issue. Pam is AMAZING! She can attest to the question part! Always cheerful and extremely helpful, even if she has to tell me they can't do that.
We have an odd lawn with obstacles and Jeff does amazing job when we ask for a mow.
I will post a photo later to show you what I am talking about. We had a muddy / bare dirt area by the back door that our German Shepherd was not giving a break. We had Fall Aeration and Over Seeding. The difference is amazing!

Pam and the staff do a great job. I have had no issues with weeds or mosquitoes in my yard since Naturescape has been treating. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Keep up the great work!

The customer service we get is the best we have ever had with lawn care companies. Pam one of the office staff is the only one we work with do to she is always going above and beyond always!!! She answers all our questions, always makes us feel like we are not just a paying customer. If more companies had people like her it would change the way people view customer service!! Due to her willing to make sure we get the service we need our yard is looking better than it ever has and we always know if we need something she will make sure we get what we need!!! I have been a customer of Naturescape from 2007 or 2008 thru last Spring 2024 in Greenwood, IN when I sold my home and moved away. The service has been GREAT during the entire time. They were always helpful if there was a problem and I always paid for the spring/summer service in January to take advantage of their money savings offer. I would highly recommend them!!

Customer service is above and beyond, they treat their customers like family. Pam especially is so personable and friendly. They also stand behind their product 100%, I get my lawn sprayed for mosquitoes and if you get a treatment and experience any bites, they come back in a very short time to redo the whole process free of charge. I recommend them to every one I know. A company doesn't get any better than this!

I’ve attached pictures to show what a terrible job they did. It was more pushed over than actually mown. They also took more than a week to get around to doing it and they never called to say when they’d be there even though they said they would. I paid $44 just to not deal with any more hassle but I will definitely not be a repeat customer.

The gentleman that came to do my shrub and tree application was exceptional. He did a very thorough job. Thank you Jeff.

I had Naturescape do aeration & overseeding. I'm very happy with the work they did. I will continue to do business with Naturescape Lawn and Lanscape care.

Great company we have used tru green in the past and we're very disappointed with the level of care highly recommend Naturescape.

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience as a new customer to Naturescape. I paid upfront on their website over $200 for a tree & shrub care service on 7/17/25. After three weeks of Naturescape not showing up to perform the service I started to call the South Indianapolis branch to understand when I could expect a team at the house. I followed up weekly, each time a service rep would be nice, apologetic, and say a team would be out by the end of the week. This never happened. I spoke with service rep Liz, she called me back to say she spoke with the the Service Lead, Rich, about getting to my address. As of the week of 8/25, still no one had come to my home. I then spoke with service rep Pam about a refund and canceling the service. As of 9/2, I have not received the refund and I have not received the service. I would like a refund returned immediately. Thank you.

Enjoying a mosquito free yard has been key to us. Being backed up to woods and a pond we wanted to enjoy our yard but had constant mosquitos until calling Naturescape. Their pricing, quality of spray and customer service has been wonderful! Ada who I spoke to today helped with so many questions for a better yard to come in the future and Pam our local rep. is always helpful and cheerful! We will now have them aerate and seed our yard this fall :)

NatureScape performed our fall lawn aeration and we are pleased with the results. Since our home is located in a court, Keaton walked the perimeter of the yard with us to ensure he would not interfere with the neighbor's yards and also locate our irrigation system. He took his time to complete the aeration and we had lots of dirt plugs. With the fall rains, our yard has recovered very well.

I used Naturescape for aeration and overseeding in the fall. They did a outstanding job and the comfort of 100% satisfaction gaurantee makes it worry free. Will be continuing to use them in the future.

The young man that did the aeriation was very polite. He was expecting to see the "before you dig" flags that I require. I forgot to call the before you dig # so he was concerned. I walked the lawn with him letting him know where the Tv cable are. He avoided the area properly and all was good. He also made sure to core tightly in the corners and along the property lines. Great Job!

I was a client since 2015. The service at my address this past year was nothing short of pathetic. You call about weeds they would say give it some time. Weeds still there. Got tired of calling. Also had tree and shrub service. They sprayed my trees at the wrong time and tempature for the chemicas they used. Plants and Apple tree lost all leaves. Ruined my Apple crop for the year. Got a voice mail message admitting the fault, but telling me not to worry at leat they did not kill my tree. With all the servies I had with them and length of time I was a client I expected better service. Only thing I got was "our bad" No discount offer or refund etc. I will find another company to do my lawncare and trees and shrubs. They have no cusotmer service or loyalty to a client. I would recoomend another service. I might add i had dropped the Northside Branch years earlier and switched to the Soouthside Branch only to get the same poor treatment after a number of years as a client. Sure dont have a problem to call you and beg for you to renew though. They do that part well, just dont know how to service or keep clients with good service. Very dissapointed.

I highly recommend Naturescape and Lawn care. I used them for the first time this year (2025) to do fall aeration and over seeding. And as a result of their phenomenal customer service, (shout out to Pam who was so helpful in listening to my needs, answering all my questions, and making recommendations) I plan to use them for all my lawn care service beginning in the spring of 2026 and discontinue with my current lawn seevice provider. The reason is due to their superior customer service, quality of work, and affordable cost. Much more affordable than my prior lawn service. Best value for my dollar. At least give Naturescape a shot to compete and I think you’ll be happy!!!!

Poor customer service. Slow bordering on incompetent. Wouldn't breakdown costs for me.

Calvin Landscape applied mulch to my garden bed. I have a self-installed drip system which they were very careful to avoid stepping or tripping on. The crew applied the mulch with wide pitch forks from wheelbarrows positioned at the edge of the garden. The mulch was carefully spread around. The crew also fluffed the mulch under the bushes & near our plants by hand. Highly recommend. Joyce
