He fit me into his schedule within the week and had the job done in under 6 hours. Honest about his work and pricing, adjusted overall quote for unused material. Will 100% be using Circle City Roofing for any future projects!

I cannot say enough positive things about circle city roofing! Bill (owner) and his team came highly recommended, and I am counting my lucky stars that I called him. I was in a time crunch due to a pending house sale and needing a quick turnaround and he made a very stressful situation so pleasant. Quick quote (which was lower than the others I received from the start), flexible and quick service time, and perfect workmanship! It’s not often that you find a company that just knocks it out of the park in absolutely all areas, but circle city roofing did just that. As someone that appreciates quality and efficiency, these guys exceeded every expectation that I had by a lot.

During the process, they kept us updated daily with pictures and comments about how it was going. When we got home we were thrilled with the way it looked. Bill recommended the color and it looked wonderful with our brick. The clean-up was excellent and you wouldn't have known they had been there. In fact, we were so happy we had him also replace much of our would trim as well in an additional project. My husband and I have been married 46 years and I can't remember another time we had some work on a project that he didn't find a criticism haha. Just had a roof replacement and I have to say that I don’t think that I have ever had such a great experience with a contractor. Bill and his team were amazing! The communication and transparency was unlike any other company I’ve dealt with and quite refreshing. No hard selling or unnecessary add ons,, just what you need at a price that was a lot lower than the competition. I will be referring them to anyone that has roofing needs!

Open Box roofing was simply great. They were on time the day that was agreed for the install, they did the tearoff and installation of a new roof all in one day, they cleaned up very well afterwards, and protected and preserved are ornamental plantings all around the house. Can’t say enough about them. And the roof looks great. The personnel were great to deal with.

Open Box did a complete new roof installation on our home quickly and professionally. They were on time, and had everything cleaned up so well, we couldn't even tell they were even here. Our project manager, Chris, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and really educated us every step of the way.
Aside from the roof looking great, they even went above and beyond to paint our chimney stack to match our new roof better. We are very pleased with the work they did from start to finish, and I 100% recommend them!

This past year I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Slovik and his team at Open Box roofing. This was due to the tornado of June 2023 to the south side of Greenwood. My insurance company finally settled with me on March 31, 2024. Tom and his team work patiently through this unsettling process to bring my home back to me in excellent condition. With a few bumps in the process, Tom always stood by his word and completed the work with excellence as if I was part of the family. I would absolutely recommend Open Box roofing.

Earlier this year, I had Openbox complete an inspection of my roof for hail damage. After working with the insurance company, they were able to get my home and detached garage covered. I was recommended to upgrade the shingles to a class 4 impact resistant shingle that helped save me some money on my insurance premiums.
