Adam was amazing! He responded quickly to my inquiry and answered all of my questions that he could before coming out to inspect a roof at one of my listings. He was punctual and took the time to explain things to my client. His report was very well done with a lot of pictures and great detail and was super easy to read! I appreciated his knowledge, but more importantly his honesty. I will definitely call him again in the future!

We have used Open Box Roofing for 2 projects. First, was in late February when we were trying to find someone to repair aluminum window trim and Ace Handyman Services suggested we contact Adam Jacobs at Open Box Roofing. Adam was quick to respond, evaluated the situation and suggested fixes. Shortly thereafter his crew came out and did a fantastic job repairing/replacing the aluminum trim on the necessary windows. Communication with the workers was easy and they cleaned up very well. Adam stopped by a few days later for payment and to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a company.
Consequently, in June when I noticed some birds were getting behind our roof trim, I did not hesitate to contact Adam again and he was quick to respond. At that time, we had also decided to repair the soffit on our porch. Adam climbed and evaluated the trim and bird issue and suggested a simple fix which he performed on the spot while explaining to me the different options for the soffit repair. He listened to me and understood what we were trying to accomplish and did not try to oversell me anything. That crew came out within a few weeks and once again I was pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and cleanliness. Once again Adam arrived a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the work and complete payment.
Open Box roofing will be my first call for any further roofing issues we may need addressed. My experience was nothing but positive with Adam and the rest of their employees.

The MOST Awesome experience with OpenBox Tom Bill and team!!!- Showed up on the night of the tornado and continued on with experience and professionalism! We went through hurdles and Tom went to bat with my insurance company and in the end all worked out and made my home better than before. Had the pleasure of working with Bill Babcock as an estimator, and I found him to be extremely thorough and easy to work with. The company really went above and beyond, doing things like performing a water test of my exterior and spending significant time inspecting my roof without charge. Would gladly recommend.

Adam and the entire Open Box team were excellent to work with. Adam made sure that we only fixed the minor issues with my roof that needed fixed, instead of totally replacing it, which the other roofing companies failed to offer as a solution.

I was so happy I didn’t have to replace my entire newly-installed roof, and they were able to match the colors of my shingles and siding that needed replaced.

I will definitely call them back when I’m ready to replace the siding because I know I won’t get ripped off and they’ll do a great job.

Did you know Open Box Roofing carries windows?? I didn’t. But I am soooo happy I found out. Today my Provia windows were installed. I had significant storm damage to my home and was not looking forward to having to work with a contractor. I had a very poor experience in the past with a different contractor. My outlook has changed. I would highly recommend OpenBox Roofing. Tom Sovich and his team are very professional, easy to work with and were transparent throughout the entire process. Open Box replaced my vinyl and gutters. Took over a year working w/Progressive Insurance but once we narrowed down what we could do, Open Box ordered my vinyl.
Donny Freeman was my contact/Project Manager
and he along w/the office staff kept me posted on the install. They did a great job and clean up was excellent too! Two weeks later my gutters were installed and everything looks wonderful. I would recommend and will use Open Box again!

Great experience! Adam came out and thoroughly inspected my roof, I was concerned about animals getting inside the attic due to the number of trees and wildlife in the area. His knowledge was really impressive because he immediately knew that the shingles used on my roof were discontinued. I was thankful that there was no damage and no immediate repairs were needed. They sent me a detailed inspection report so if anything changes in the future I have a record of this point in time. Grateful to have honest companies like Open Box around!

I used OpenBox to do a roof and gutter installation for a new covered porch, extending from the back of our house. They had to tie into two existing roof lines and match the color, alignment, and spacing of the existing shingles. They did a fantastic job, were highly responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. When some flashing didn’t work properly resulting in a small leak they came out immediately and fixed it, and then made sure the ceiling inside my home was also patched correctly.

Niles from OpenBox recently did a roof inspection for me. He was easy to schedule, efficient in his walkaround and time on the roof, and thorough in explaining what he was looking for and what he saw. He was very honest that, even as someone who sells new roofs, mine was in good shape and didn't need any work! That alone will make him my first call when I do need work in the future.
