As a business owner myself, I cannot say enough great things about this company. Excellent customer service, from start to finish. Jared went above and beyond working with my insurance company, he provided numerous updates through the process, and once the new roof was approved, the job was scheduled and completed within the week! Also, the roofing crew was friendly, considerate, and professional...including clean-up. I will recommend John Peters Roofing to anyone in need of repairs or replacement, and would rate the company 6 stars, if possible.

The team at John Peters Roofing made it incredibly easy from start to finish. They were prompt in coming to perform an investigation, worked with my insurance company, and handled all the details. Their crews were incredibly polite and respectful, and super thorough on the cleanup. I still have not found a single stray nail, which feels crazy for a 3k+ sq ft roof. I would use them again without hesitation.

We've worked with John Peters Roofing on two houses and had great experiences. The team was quick to install a temporary roof patch over storm damage, preventing further water damage to the interior. It was a pleasure working with Alex and John to get a new roof installed. The job was done quickly and cleanup was amazing. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

6 guys started at 7am was done with tear off and installed new roof by 2;00pm all done. Easy painless. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Sales rep. Was Chandelier (the best)

Excellent company and service! Jared and his crew worked with us every step of the way as we patiently waited on our insurance company for 18 months after the tornado. We hope we don’t need their services again, but if we do we are confident Peters Roofing will do a wonderful job!

John Peters Roofing had done work for us before, so we called upon them for a recent roof replacement. Job was completed when promised, great work as always. Alex did an excellent job of surfacing all the storm damage and worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything was addressed. We will always call Peters Roofing first. They’re prompt, courteous and professional.

Chandler was super knowledgeable and helpful to me in the process of dealing with my insurance company and I was able to get a successful claim from them for storm damage replacement with his support.
Both the roofing crew and the gutter replacement contractors were efficient, communicative, respectful, prompt, and did beautiful work.
I love my new roof and gutters and they have really elevated the look of my home.

For the most part we dealt with Ben. He was very responsible and professional.... always on time for agreed appointments.

My only complaint is that the claim included replacing screens on 4 doors. I noticed the screen was partially coming out of the frame on 2 doors. I notified Ben and he said that he would let the appropriate people know there was a problem. I have no clue what happened next but I have not been contacted.

In the meantime, I have attempted to fix the screens. I have no doubt a "professional" would do a better job.

Chandler and John were both absolutely incredible. Chandler was able to provide me with valuable information about roof damage and insurance processing, he was able to guide me with hail and wind damage on roof. He is very knowledgeable and should be able to help anyone who needs help with inspection and next steps to fix the problem.

Also, when our Insurance Company tried to deny our claim, Chandler step up to make sure we were not taken advantage of. He fought for us until the whole roof was covered under our insurance claim.

I would recommend for anyone who has damage roof or insurance problems!

I spoke with the owner before & after the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work & friendly service. We have had several projects completed by Peters Roofing. We have referred Peters to many friends & family.

I have used John Peters Roofing for the past 7 years and have been extremely satisfied. We had a little bigger job this time with them. They did again a fantastic job. The only issue I had was communicating with the roofers. I called Ben my rep and he was right on top of it, and with in 30 minutes the little problem was taken care of. They do a good quality job with a courteous and professional team. They came on schedule, work fast, clean real good after completion and they try to make a client happy. The supervisors are on site before the team leaves to make sure the job is well done. They know Indiana code and work well with the insurance companies. I worked with Darrin King from the beginning to the end on my son's house and mine and he went beyond the call of duty by finding for me a painter and cleaning crew and wall siding repair contractor, so my son's house went on market fast. Working with this company was a pleasure, I recommend them with confidence.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from John and his crew. I was quoted in about 24 hours and put on the schedule that week. The crew did an excellent job on the install and clean up. My whole house and garage included took less than a day to complete. John stands by his work and kept his word. If I need another house roofed I will not hesitate to call him first.

John Peters lives in our neighborhood and did discuss with us about replacing our roof which was 28 years old. We did believe we had some hail damage but our insurance company had previously denied our claim. John had Alex Moffett (worked for John Peters Roofing) to come out and review our roof for hail damage. Alex took pictures and determined that we did have prior hail damage. We called our insurance company and Alex made it a point to be here when inspector came out so he could point out hail damage. Long story short, our insurance company paid over $24,000 for our new roof and we were just responsible for about $9,000 due to replacing gutters and adding one gutter run.
I would highly recommend John Peters Roofing since they not only know roofs but also have the experience in working with insurance companies so they can help work through insurance companies denials. John Peters Roofing also provides insurance companies very professional electronic documents on roof condition along with pictures.
Our roof & gutters look great and entire removal of our roof & installation took less than 2 days. John Peters Roofing brought in a very large crew to take off roof & replace it. They were very careful with our existing landscape and cleaned up very well after removal of roof & installation. Highly recommend John Peters Roofing for any roof replacement and/or repair.

John Peters came out and put on a new roof . They also did some work on rafters etc. We are thrilled with their work. The crew was amazing, hard working and respectful of our property, We would strongly recommend this company.

Chris Poling from John Peters Roofing came out to check out an issue of water pouring over the gutter on our roof. He was courteous and friendly, inspected the entire roof, cleaned out dryer vent, caulked a couple spots and said that everything was in good shape! Addressed our concerns and there was no charge….amazing! Would definitely recommend this company, they replaced a roof for us on a previous home and provided great service!!

I was told by 3 different contractors that State Farm was impossible to deal with and they will not likely replace my roof. Chandler from John Peters Roofing came in with a positive attitude. John Peters Roofing was very reliable and did quality work. My Representative was Chandler S. Chandler did a fantastic job in negotiating with State Farm. In fact they were instrumental in getting my roof and gutters replaced. The first State Farm Inspector Denied our claim and wrote up about $1200.00 of storm related damage. Chandler had me request a second inspection and he met with the inspector. With Chandlers help we ended up with a new roof and gutters. State Farm Paid for 90% of it. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the whole process. I Highly recommend John Peters Roofing. I was referred to them by two other friends who also spoke highly of Chandler and John Peters.

John Peters Roofing was great to work with and made the process seamless. They were quick to answer questions, worked with our insurance, and the roofers worked long days to get out entire roof and gutters on in just a few days.

I dealt with Chandler on our quote. He was very professional and even with dealing with a very aggressive inspector from insurance he was on point with his attitude and how he handled the situation. Jared was always very good with taking care of everything I needed. They got my house taken care of weeks before they thought they would. With my roof on the house and shop and all the gutters it was four days worth of work and I think I found maybe two nails that they missed on clean up. Can’t ask for much better than that. They also ended up doing even more than what we agreed upon just because. Would definitely use in the future without considering another company. 👍👍

We hired John Peters Roofing to replace our roof and gutters which were damaged due to a recent storm and to replace the 30+ year old siding on our home. John Peters Roofing did an excellent job and far exceeded our expectations. John Peters was professional and worked with our insurance company to cover the cost of replacing our roof. He also provided us with a resonable cost estimate for the entire project. Chris Poling was our contact person on this project. Chris was on site everyday and did an excellent job monitoring / supervising the progress of this project. The work crews were polite and hard working. They stripped off the damaged roof and installed the new roof in one day. The gutter and siding replacement took a few days but the workmanship was exceptional. The work site, when the work was complete, was clean and neat. We are repeat customers as John Peters Roofing replaced our roof in 2009 also due to storm damage.
