I cannot recommend Cody Heller and Jackson Contracting enough! We hired Jackson for the first major project on our new home which included a new asphalt roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. We received our first estimate from Cody and he was very patient with me as I collected more estimates and data from other companies before making a final decision. I never felt any pressure from him to close the sale and felt he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the process throughout. Cody was very timely in following up with all my questions before, during, and after project completion. His availability has been almost instantaneous throughout. The estimate he provided was fair and accurate and the project was completed quickly and on budget. Crews were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you, Cody!

Jackson Contracting is an excellent company to do business with. I contacted them in January about having a new roof put on my house along with the detached garage. Cody came out promptly and explained everything to me in detail--the expense the work to be done, and how long it would take to complete. He made perfectly clear to me that the weather could change the scheduled date. Cody communicated with me regularly, and despite the weather swings which caused a couple changes, I came up on schedule rather quickly. The installation crewmen were professional, clean and courteous and the work was done excellently. They stayed within budget and left the site impeccably clean. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend Jackson Contracting to anyone looking for a new roof.

Our business worked with Jackson Contracting in the past on our dental practice. We recently turned an old Discount Tire into a state of the art dental practice, and we had A LOT of leaks we found after the first big storm. We called Jackson around 8am and we had someone to our practice within the hour. They not only went up on the roof, but they professionally flew a drone to not only get a better idea of what was going on, but they were able to show us exactly what they were seeing to help us understand as well. They came out and patched up all the areas we were dealing with the leak... We then sat down and spoke to Rob and Sam on a plan for our building. One of the issues we had was from a metal piece that had flipped up on the side of our building and then hit the entire roof while it was flying around, basically "poking holes". Jackson walked us through the plan, kept us informed on where we were, the steps we were taking, and had the job done very quick. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Thank you so much for your help on keeping all of us stress free at our business, and now our building and roof looks even more beautiful with the custom metal work that Jackson did for us. I got 5 estimates and Ricardo won me over by a landslide. Price, quality, attention to detail, communication, experience, crew quality, no prepay commitment, timely, spotless cleanup & sent me a ton of pics from his roof view from start to finish. I find these projects to be stressful but this was an “Easy Peasy” experience.

A neighbor recommended Ricardo's business to me for a new roof. My roof was in poor shape. Two other contractors made an assessment, one failing to send an estimate. Neither detected a weakened area on the roof (trusses). Ricardo came out and closely studied the roof. He was professional and personable. I awarded the contract to him. On the day of the work the crew showed up and began stripping the old shingles. Ricardo was soon there with all the materials. He was elated because he found the correct color for the drip rails around the house, from Spencer IN! It turned out 7 ply panels needed replacing and weakened trusses were well repaired. When I walk on the roof now it is solid! When the work was completed the area was thoroughly cleaned and the usual magnet was used around the property, even in the bushes. Ricardo noted it was not his best magnet. He came back with a stronger one and went over the entire area finding more nails. I have been home during three hard downpours. No leaks. Oh and I forgot to mention, Ricardo had a friend who is an expert sheet metal worker and made a sharp looking seal around the chimney. I am pleased!

I had 4 roof estimates and after talking to Ricardo he made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. His company did a great job and always answered my calls and questions to my satisfaction. If you are needing a roof definitely have them give you a estimate you will be glad you did.

My Brother recommended Ricardo to replace my garage roofing, and the outside Wall facing, which was in really bad condition, woodwork door frame etc. and the warranty on work; It's like I have a new garage. My neighbor/friend gave me Ricardo’s contact info. I called Ricardo to get an estimate for my Dad’s roof. Ricardo was quick to respond. We received and estimate that was fair & within our budget. Ricardo & his crew started & finished within a timely manner. They tore off old shingles, put on new shingles, put on new gutters w/screens & installed new soffit/ridge vents. A couple weeks later he returned & put on a metal roof on a covered porch. We were please with everything. Ricardo is easy to work with and does things right. We would highly recommend him and we won’t hesitate to contact him for future projects.
