I got 5 estimates and Ricardo won me over by a landslide. Price, quality, attention to detail, communication, experience, crew quality, no prepay commitment, timely, spotless cleanup & sent me a ton of pics from his roof view from start to finish. I find these projects to be stressful but this was an “Easy Peasy” experience.

A neighbor recommended Ricardo's business to me for a new roof. My roof was in poor shape. Two other contractors made an assessment, one failing to send an estimate. Neither detected a weakened area on the roof (trusses). Ricardo came out and closely studied the roof. He was professional and personable. I awarded the contract to him. On the day of the work the crew showed up and began stripping the old shingles. Ricardo was soon there with all the materials. He was elated because he found the correct color for the drip rails around the house, from Spencer IN! It turned out 7 ply panels needed replacing and weakened trusses were well repaired. When I walk on the roof now it is solid! When the work was completed the area was thoroughly cleaned and the usual magnet was used around the property, even in the bushes. Ricardo noted it was not his best magnet. He came back with a stronger one and went over the entire area finding more nails. I have been home during three hard downpours. No leaks. Oh and I forgot to mention, Ricardo had a friend who is an expert sheet metal worker and made a sharp looking seal around the chimney. I am pleased!
