We had four trees trimming today. Broad Ripple Tree Service comes on time, politics and work fast and clean. We couldn’t be more happier. Will definitely call them when I need them next time.

We had a dying willow tree completely removed and another tree trimmed back in less than an hour. I appreciated the attention to detail and how they cleaned up every last fallen branch and twig from the yard. They went above and beyond! Thank you for the quick service!

I called for an estimate on 11/24/2020 and the very kind woman who answered stated she was not sure but believed she could get someone out the very next day. She stated whatever the case, I will call you one way or the other. She called me the next day (11/25/2020) and told me someone would be there in 30 minutes. In this day and age I am impressed when businesses do what they say they are going to do. I appreciate the quick response.When the gentleman came, he did not introduce himself. I asked was he from BRTS and he said yes, "What you got going on?" I showed him the work I needed done. He asked some clarifying question, wrote an estimate and said he could have it done today because he had some crew in the area. I told him I'm getting estimates. As he was leaving I said, "Thank you for coming out." He did not reply. Perhaps he didn't hear me, but nothing about his presentation was customer-friendly. I felt like I was a bother. They probably do great work but I won't find out. Courteousness goes a long way. I called back and spoke to the same woman and shared my experience. I learned that my interaction was with "Jerry." I wouldn't know because he did not introduce himself. She was very gracious and stated it was not like Jerry. I don't know but you only get once to make a first impression. The woman who answered the phone has a very pleasant and engaging demeanor. Jerry...... If he was having a bad day, I hope it gets better. I will not be using the service.

Really fast response and same-day quote. Pricing was better than other competitors. Kenny and his team were really nice and made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. They cleaned up all the debris and did a great job.

I cannot say enough about this company and team that just finished a large tree job for us. Not only were they on time, polite, and efficient, but after the job was finished, they cleaned my yard up from small debris and it looked better than before! Very impressed! We had this company come to our house for an estimate to get a split tree removed. When the man arrived he did not even bother to knock on our front door to see if we were home. He walked straight into our fenced in back yard, which made me very uncomfortable. Luckily, and only by chance, our dogs were not outside at the time. We walked out to meet him and he did not tell us his name or what company he was with, we only knew from the hat he was wearing. He was inconsiderate and argumentative when speaking with us. I started to explain to him what help IPL was offering us and was interrupted. I presented a work order from IPL who agreed to remove part of the tree first for safety and he continued to offer negative comments and disbelief for what I was saying. He handed us an estimate at the end of the interaction with the only comment being the price with no eye contact and then just walked away. My overall impression was he was unhappy to be completing an estimate and did not care what came of our interaction. This company has decent reviews for the work, but I can’t consider hiring them as the lack of care in interaction seems like a huge red flag.

I had a dead tree looming over my driveway. I called their office and they had me an estimate within 2 hours. I accepted their estimate yesterday evening and they already have the tree removed.

Best money I have ever spent for brush, trees and schrubs on my apartment building. There was ridiculous overgrowth of small trees, bushes, medium size trees and the crew blew me away when I saw what an awesome job they did!!! Highly recommend this place to landlords, homeowners, investors with several properties, commercial people everyone!!!

I called for a quote and received the quote on site the next day.. the owner was personable and courteous. Listened to my requests and ensured he could follow through. There crew showed up and fulfilled the contract to the letter. I am very pleased with this company Broad Ripple Tree Service. Cliff Graham

They appraised my giant Hackberry (with a huge split) within hours of requesting removal so it wouldn't fall on my house. They came the next day, and it was done! Excellent cleanup too. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I ordered a 1/4 cord of firewood at 9am and when I came home that evening it was delivered and beautifully stacked with care right where I asked them to put it. I thought $100 was very reasonable for delivery, unload and stacking. Made a fire in the fire pit that evening and the wood was excellent quality. Very dense and slow burning. They will be my go to for firewood from now on.

They don’t care about retaining long term customers. Learn from me.

I have used Broad Ripple Tree Service for at least the past six years to deliver and stack firewood for the winter. I always ordered it for delivery at the end of September. And their service and quality was always first rate.

This year, 2021, I called but was told they are not delivering firewood until sometime (unspecified date) in October. The person on the phone was unhelpful and utterly unconcerned that I was a long time customer. She told me I could/should go somewhere else. I was flabbergasted by her attitude. They are apparently no longer interested in my business.

I won’t be using them in the future. Learn from me.

Broad Ripple Tree Service is fantastic! I received a quote on my project the same day I submitted the request online. Within 2 days it was complete with no hassle. I had a tree cut down and stump removed. I highly recommend their service.

I am very pleased with this company. They were awesome from beginning to end. The crew who came on my property were very professional. Completed the work as promised. I will not only recommend Broad Ripple Tree to others, but I will use them again and again for my tree service needs. Great experience!!

I had a GIANT sycamore to be removed, almost 100' tall and 3+ ft in diameter at the base. I got at least 5 different bids from contractors. Broad Ripple was the most reasonable. After acceptance of their estimate they came out the next week and did the job. In less than a day they had the tree down, loaded and the area raked clean. Quick thorough, professional. I have no qualms about recommending them and will use them again.

Bad experience. Very rude employee. I called this company to get a quote for a large tree branch removal. They said they would show up that same day to provide the estimate. They showed up a day later than they said they would, and the employee who showed up at my door was very rude and rolled his eyes when we said we had hired somebody else. He gave us an attitude and then just walked away. This company quoted almost $200 more than we were quoted by someone else. Definitely will not be contacting this company again in the future.

I asked our neighbors to recommend a good company to get firewood from and BR Tree Service was one recommended. I emailed to get pricing and was responded to within 5 minutes. They only charge $100 for a full rick delivered and stacked, that's great! They delivered same-day and were professional and quick. The other company never got back to me. I highly recommend them if you're looking for firewood! :)

My experience with Broad Ripple Tree Service was wonderful. They allow you to submit your request for a free quote online, then they come to your home and evaluate the work. They leave the quote written on a piece of paper on your door, there is no pressure and it is super easy. The price was very competitive so I requested the service and they came out the next day and removed two trees for me - I didn't even notice they were here! You cannot even tell that I had two large, dead trees in my back yard. They did not leave a mess; they picked up every scrap of bark and branches. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Broad Ripple Tree Service! After a cancellation from another company, BRTS gave me an estimate over the phone and completed the work the SAME DAY! We had a deadline, so same-day service was very important to us. Their quoted price was exactly what several other companies quoted us. All of their employees were very efficient and professional. We needed a large tree stump removed, it was 3 ft in diameter, so no small task. They had the proper machine/ equipment to do the job in approximately 45 min (from start to clean-up). After they were done with their work, they cleaned up the yard, sidewalk and the street. I would definitely use this company again- 5 stars!!!!!
