Quick and courteous service and they left the area clean, which other contractors did not include it the services offered. We would have never known a tree was there originally after they were done. Will definitely contact All Points Tree Service for any future tree stump removal projects.

Great service and excellent work with a fair price. I had a huge cherry tree right on the property line with my neighbor and right above an underground transformer box and a lamp post. Lots of potential problems but All Points came out with the tools and the talent to get it done perfectly. Really impressive work and cool to watch them do it. No doubt who I'm calling next time.

We had All Points come out to give an estimate for the removal of a large silver maple. We got the estimate quickly, it came in under some of the national competition, and we were able to schedule the work for the next week. We added on some additional deadwood removal in the backyard and still felt the price point was very fair. The team that did the work was clearly experienced and professional. They cleaned up the areas where they worked and we are so happy with the results. Their staff even took the time to answer questions about animal habitat and relocation and my kids and I really appreciated that. Great experience and we will continue to use All Points for our tree needs.

They gave me a quote and then scheduled the service within days. They were very professional and competitive with their pricing. I will definitely use them again.

Bailey came right out after I called All Points Tree Service to remove a downed tree from the high wind & it blocked our driveway. He came right back & removed it from driveway & hauled that part off. Monday his crew came back & cut the rest of the tree & removed the stump & cleaned everything up nicely! We had a rather dangerous issue with a large, hanging section of tree. We called 7 total companies. Several wanted nothing to do with it and others quoted outrageous prices. I called All Points and Bailey came out that night and quoted one of the best prices. He seemed very knowledgeable and worked with our timing. They moved their schedule and came out quickly. The team was professional and did a really amazing job given the very tricky scenario. They answered any questions that I had and they clearly worked very hard the whole time they were there. They also hauled the wood away and cleaned up well.
I only note the following for others prepping to use the service (I imagine this is common). I had opened up a 5ft section of fence for their equipment and asked the team to let me know if anymore was needed (so that I could potentially save the materials). When I came out later they had just cut it off at the ground. Not a big deal, but a minor irritation. All in all, this was really the only issue. Everything else was great.
I would recommend using All Points and I myself will likely use them in the future (though hopefully not because of another emergency!).
One final note: I called another big and well-known company that was recommended by two different friends. While this company did not want the job, the owner knew of Bailey and his team and spoke very highly of All Points and recommended I use them, which I of course did.

Do not use! Had clear issues with the tree removal services that owner (Bailey) was rude and argumentative rather than fixing. If you want your yard to look like this, your stump to remain after paying for stump grinding and your visible landscape lights cut- these are your guys! I recommend Townsend based on our experience here!

All Points Tree Service provided an exceptional tree service removal. We had two large trees dying at our home causing major property damage. Bailey gave a great consultation and the crew, guided by Reece, quickly removed both of the trees in one day! Couldn't have for a better or more efficient service! As a local realtor in Indy, we'll definitely use them again in the future and refer them to clients!

Very prompt, and capable. They didn’t hesitate to start working and didn’t stop until the work was finished. Nice guys, very courteous.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We called them needing a tree taken down ASAP and they had an arborist to our door within 2 days with a quote that was WAY less than anyone else we had tried. They were able to schedule the job a week later once they recieved all the paperwork. They included tree cut down, stump removal, and hauling away the debris for a VERY affordable price. They were professional, courteous and did an amazing job. They cleaned up the area so well and even used a leaf blower to remove leaves and sawdust from the fire pit and outside seating area. I had a hard time even finding where the stump had been! If you need someone fast, affordable and professional THIS is your company. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is the second time I’ve used them and they are consistent with their quality of work. They took out 3 stumps and cut down 2 trees and hardly left anything I’d need to clean up. My lawn care company even was impressed at how they left the river birch stump because they expected quite a bit more shavings to have to rake out. I will definitely be reaching out again if needed!

I got dead wood cleaned up on 2 trees. They had a fair price, cleaned everything up and left my trees looking great. I would definitely hire them again to do my trees in the front.

These guys were great they not only took everything out carefully but they took an extra small piece for me and moved a heavy desk to the other side of the room for me. Very nice and pleasant to deal with.

We had a major tree fall during recent wind storms... we were out of town, contacted All Points and the crew went back out as the day was ending and took care of the down tree before it continued it's fall. It would have damaged our house for sure! Bailey and the crew were prompt, polite and professional the whole way! I highly recommend them!!

The best service I could have imagined. Left our yard looking like they and our ginormous tree were never there. After another company dropped the ball by making us wait then not being able to do the job when they finally showed up, All Points showed up the next day and exceeded all expectations. Would recommend them to anyone.

A huge spruce tree crushed our neighbor’s garage and was in the verge of taking out the side of our house. All Point was on the spot and quickly took care of the tree and removal. Frankly, they saved the day and were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

They cut multiple fence posts of my neighbor’s fence, destroying it beyond repair. They gave minimal effort in hanging the fence panels back up- one came down in the first windy day, which was a huge issue since I have a dog. They also left cigarette butts in my yard, which I had to clean up to avoid my dog eating them. They broke a bird feeder and threw it behind the shed. They had no regard for the shrubs beneath the tree they removed.
Overall my yard AND my neighbor’s yard were severely damaged. They refused to help repair the fence.

Would absolutely not recommend.

I apologize for the delayed review. Job was completed 4/2023. I recently had another tree company out (who were excellent) and it reminded me of the bad experience I had with this company.
I was aware of the fence belonging to the neighbor and had informed the company of this. I had anticipated the panels being taken down, not three posts damaged beyond repair. It wasn’t discussed in any detail beforehand.
I’ll attach the emails for transparency, in which I discussed ALL of these concerns. Sorry I didn’t take pics of the cigarettes- I was focused on cleaning them up. The response I received (also attached) made it sound like this something that had happened before. You are correct in this being very delayed, so it is quite possible that none of the current workers smoke, but they certainly did at the time of this job.
All concerns were dismissed because I had already naively paid the invoice in full.

Emilo and his team with All Point Tree Services were very professional and good at what the do. I had 2 trees removed, one had fallen down due to storm and the other was about ready to fall down. They were efficient and cleaned up after the work.
I would definitely recommend All Point Tree Services for your tree removal and other similar work.

Sadly, had to take down 80 ft triple oak tree. Crew very friendly and thorough. We have used All Points before. Clearly wanted us to be happy. Chris made it look easy. Equipment looked new or close to it.
Very happy. Looks like the tree was never there. Easy 5 star.
