They were amazing and super fast!! They will work with you on whatever you need, plus my neighbors liked them too, super friendly.

Workers were prompt and did a quality job. Jim was incredibly rude and non-transparent about the cost. Charged more than initially quoted and was generally just a pain to work with.

Very happy with the service. I had a very large oak near my garage. They brought in a bucket truck and took it down safely. Removed all debris and nice clean up

Curtis called and came by the house Saturday. He was nearby and met me in my backyard. He gave me a fair estimate. He arrived at my home today at noon. He had three workers with him one was his son. They were polite and courteous and did a great professional job. I will refer my relatives and friends always to Jim's Tree Experts! Thank you!

Curtis and his crew removed a tree and all the debris from my yard. Very professional job at a fair price. They also had three tree stumps ground down. My yard looks so much better now. I would hire them again.

Rude workers, inconsiderate, unapologetic! Disregarded my complaints and ignored. Blew all the tree debris on my property and did not clean! They did a sloppy terrible lazy job cleaning. Trucks parked on top of my lawn and I am not the customer, mailman skipped my house no access to reach and deliver mail! My lawn company had no access and would not service my lawn! Owner several times sided and praised his workers and invalidated these complaints but then gave an insincere apology.

These guys were amazing! They did the best job removing 2 trees and trimming a third. They carefully took down my fence and put it back up. They had to move a small shrub and they did that carefully and also put it back perfectly. They even removed some old branches I had cut down myself last year. They cleaned up everything! I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the service provided! Thank you all so much.

We had a forest in our back yard and these guys did a great job! Quick for an estimate and we were able to get started that same week. They told us what trees we had, their health and helped us to determine the best outcome for our yard and budget. I would highly recommend and we will be using them again! Thank you so much.

Brittany and her crew were super easy to deal with and they did a great job pruning our two huge trees out front, they gave us good input on what they thought we should do to the trees They worked hard in super hot weather and cleaned up the branches, they worked until 10PM in the evening. They also treated our tree for insects and will be back in fall to check back on it. Good value too! They worked tirelessly on several properties in the neighborhood from morning until late evening until the work was done. Highly recommend!

Never got a call back after estimate and confirming services needed. It's been months and have never been contacted to have service done or told they're to busy and couldn't do the job.

I added a second star because, during estimate was very informative and knowledgeable on what type of tree it was and seemed like the best choice. Estimate was very responsible in comparison to others.

Update: Got a call back after leaving review, and they were apologetic. They said they would remedy the situation and get somone out here. Two month's later no call back or anything.

Have had two bradford pear trees removed by Complete Tree Care in the last two years, and both times the communication and service were excellent. They're efficient, safe, and clean up well.

Excellent company who did a super job in trimming our tree. The clean up was immaculate. Very friendly crew. Highly recommend this company.

Complete Tree Care is a top-notch company with capabilities to tackle anything! We had two trees come down in a storm, one in the front on my car, one in the back on my house. They were out the next morning with the whole crew, crane and all, and took care of both of them within two days! I was thrilled with the quality and comprehensiveness of their work. We've worked with them exclusively on our wooded property since we've been here. Doug, Steve, and crew have always been courteous, friendly, and impressively knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!

These folks did a great job in coming to my rescue . We have One of the last remaining Ash trees in Forrest Common on the south side . It lost a large limb in a storm. These folks were highly recommend to be able to
do the job. After my call one of the owners immediately came out and took a look at it . Brother Steve and his crew came out this morning and took the limb out of the front yard. They also recommended that we thin some the weight out this old elm tree. A tree artist at work.
Reasonably priced and great service. They cleaned up the yard when they were finally done. Left the front yard in excellent condition 👍🫡

We needed 11 trees and 3 stumps removed in our backyard due to many of the trees being unhealthy with minimal room to grow. We also wanted to create a new row of trees to provide a barrier from the road. Doug came out quickly to give me a quote and educated about the status of many of the trees in question. I appreciated his knowledge and timeliness. His quote was extremely reasonable and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next week. Their team arrived promptly and spent the day completing the work. I was very impressed with the work they completed and the clean up process afterwards. I even had a few neighbors ask who I used and stated they they did a wonderful job.
