This guy is not a professional. A tree fell on our home and we were verbally quoted one price before the work was done and charged a much higher price when we were given the invoice the next day. You will regret doing business with this guy.

As long as there's no property damage, and a man handles the transaction, everything will be fine.

If something should happen, like a fence being damaged by a falling tree, he will have his guys patch it back together but then refuse to fix it to a similar condition as before the damage, saying the kinks will straighten out after some time. Ya. If your experience is like mine, you may also be cussed out and threatened. This was the most unprofessional encounter. I highly recommend you shop around for someone who understands the concept of integrity.

I live on Madison Ave. and I had a tree removed in June. After the work was done I noticed our NEW sidewalk and part of our driveway was damaged. I contacted the Owner Jason and he observed the damge and stated he would look into it because his guys wear Go Pros. As of today 9-29-20 the sidewalk is still cracked and no Go Pro Video. I have sent a couple of Text to the business phone with no resolve. Integrity and Good customer service is all I expect from a company that I hire. Accidents happen and the job doesn't always go as planned. All i'm asking is to be ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES. PRETTY EASY TO DO.

Thanks to Jason and his crew they saved me money and helped me out with a negative situation, bad storm with a tree almost falling on my home. They took care of it and cleaned everything up with no worries. Definitely choose this company!

My father hired Jason and his crew to cut trees down on his property. They left a large portion of stump making it have tp be worked on before they can be ground. They hit another of my moms trees, a lilac bush, he said would paid for but he can't even seem to finish clean up. He keeps making excuses and has left a mess for almost a month now. I have repeatedly asked for him to come finish for our project to move on only to be met with excuses. If you dont want a mess and half finished job, then do not hire Elite Tree Services.

The men that came to our home were friendly and driven as well as did a great job. Jason was easy to work with and direct a quality I prefer. I need more work done and will be sure to call them again as finance allows. Thank you all- B. Hoffman 11-14-2019

Jason and his crew did a phenomenal job cutting down all the trees in my yard. They have amazing customer service and are very respectful. They’re are a trustworthy company and I will be recommending them to anybody i know needing tree or demolition services.

Reviewing for a friend without a Google account - he overcharged for the work he did, did not provide a paper copy with his quote (and wanted more than he quoted on the phone), and did not complete the work in a timely manner - what should have taken a week at most took months. His contractors have a low opinion of him as well. This is a scam.

EDIT: I see this has a response. The owner of the business my friend used was named Jason. I'm assuming this is the the same business, because Jason's child (and Jason himself) gave this business 5 star reviews.

Jason and his crew did a wonderful job for us. He came out to give us a quote for a land clearing project and noticed a dangerous tree near our home. We knew it needed attention but didn't realize just how far gone it was. He wasted no time shifting gears and getting his guys out to take down the tree. They quickly and efficiently did the job and then cleaned up everything beautifully. I can't wait to work with them on the bigger land clear very soon.

Jason and team did an amazing job taking down my ginormous oak tree. While all other quotes were extremely high due to limited access to my backyard, Jason offered the best price, quoted within hours of call, and had tree down within a reasonable timeframe. His team cleaned up all debris, swept, cleared roof, and checked in multiple times to see that I was happy with progress and completed job. I’d highly recommend.
