Clint came out, gave me an estimate, and installed the next day without the typical "emergency trip charge". Fair price, great American made product with warranty. Small family owned business, I'll be back if I need a plumber again.

Clint fixed the water heater in the apartment complex then had to turn around and fix an surprise water leak in the kitchen of one of the apartments. He was very professional, super friendly, and his prices were reasonable. I have used Ritchie"s before and I will definitely call Clint again.

Clint was great to work with. Quickly responded to all my questions, explained things in detail, offered a variety of options for the repairs. Might be cheaper options but you get what you pay for. We called Ritchie’s after we began hearing a strange noise coming from the wall behind the fridge following the -8 degree weather. Knowing they were most definitely slammed from the negative temps, we were told it would take 5 days before they made it out but were incredibly grateful when they called 2 days later to ask if they could come the next day. We had shut our water off that whole time so we were very happy the repair would come sooner than expected.
Clint arrived and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, automatically wore boot covers when he came in, he was timely, and when we showed him the issue he was immediately able to pinpoint the cause. He gave us options for the repair along with his professional opinion which I appreciated. When he made the repair, Clint had to cut a small hole in our wall but kept his workspace neat and tidy the entire time. Since we’ve had other plumbing issues in this house and discussed them with him, Clint did some investigating to make sure we weren’t running a high water pressure and then highlighted some plumbing mistakes our builder had made (in ‘94). He took time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made it easy to see that he’s a true expert in his trade.
We received the best quality service from Clint that anyone could ask for and I will be happy to recommend him to anyone for their plumbing issues. The last thing I’ll add is Clint did point out the age of our water heater and told us what to look out for whenever is began to die, so I will 100% call Ritchie’s whenever we decide to put a new one in.

Responded very quickly. Clint came out to our house, very polite and informative. Even though his company couldn’t provide the service we needed ( it was more of a yard drain issue than plumbing) he was able to give me some great advice and references. I would definitely use them for any house plumbing.

I have used Richie’s plumbing for several jobs. Each time they were great about getting back to me and working with my schedule. The work has always been excellent, and Clint always informs me of any additional problems he may have found and what it will cost to fix them. I would definitely recommend them.

He was definitely super kind and empathetic. He came as soon as he was able to, to fix our hot water heater after management at my apartment waited THREE WEEKS to get someone to do it. Clint was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a small gas leak on our stove hook up and he was able to solve our problem in no time, giving us peace of mind. Hard to find a plumber in Lagrange County, Indiana that isn't a big company. We are very pleased with their business!

Adding more to our review because we're always just so thrilled with the quality of work. Our house came with a lot of plumbing related problems. Everything we've hired Clint to repair or replace has been infinitely better quality workmanship than what the house came with. He's replaced our garbage disposal, a busted water valve, sump pump, sump pump line, toilet drain, water heater, and replaced a ton of old piping in our utility room. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company and recommend them to everyone I know.

Also can't forget Ashley, their scheduling person is always super quick to get back to us and very friendly!

Clint and Ashley operate a very reputable plumbing business. My mother is 91 and living at home primarily by herself. She had a leaking water valve on her toilet that needed immediate attention. I called Ritchie's plumbing and they were able to fit us in on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Clint had a job scheduled in Howe, In. but came out to look at what was needed. While there we discussed new bathroom sinks for upstairs bathroom. Clint stayed late to finish everything. Two new sinks and hardware and the water valve replacement. Great service. Great people. You can't find a better plumbing company.

We had a plumbing nightmare on our hands. This company is thorough, quick, fair, and efficient. Clint explains in detail how things should function, why they arent, and what needs to be done to get there. I've learned a lot of information on how sewer and plumbing work while he's been here. He has sure gone above and beyond for us, until the job was done. I have already passed his company information onto several people in the area, and will continue to use this company if we have any other issues. And he is a veteran - as a military family we always appreciate that.

Clint was awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He was also very flexible with changes made during the rough plumbing phase of our cabin. His wife (the office manager) is great to work with and was very accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Mr. Ritchie did an excellent job of installing a high riser toilet for us. He was able to trim the carpet around the toilet base in a very professional way. We plan on calling Ritchie’s Plumbing for all of our plumbing issues. Thanks Ashley and Clint.
