Did all our maintenance on two HVAC systems for many years. When it was time for new AC and heating system they were the logical choice. Great system and great installation, I couldn't be happier.

Installation was done in 2017 by Wills Heating & A/C. No issues with install or routine maintenance. Both furnace and A/C have operated flawlessly and I will continue to use Wills for any additional work than arises.

We were very happy with the technician who serviced our A/C system today. He was thorough and explained everything he did very clearly. Very pleased with the service.

Will's is great! We have been using this service for many years and they never disappoint. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.

Though this was a straight, reliable, and honest small town business that looked out for the people until this last experience with them. I was quoted a price of $200-$300 for a job to fix the problem at hand. Yet here we are with an almost $400 bill and an AC that still isn't working. Highly not recommended!

Will not only has great products, but also a great crew as well. I recently purchased a new American Standard high efficiency furnace and A/C unit and have been very pleased with the performance and efficiency. When it is time to upgrade your furnace or A/C, talk to Will. You will be glad you did.

They came out within the hr. They found out what was wrong with our furnace and fixed it right away. They charged exactly what they said it would be. They were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Adam for a great job!

I must say I was scared to death to have to call a furnace repair company today with the record breaking low temperatures in our area, but I had no choice , so I bit the bullet and made the call , I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg , but Will's did not try to stiff arm me . He had a repair guy at my house in a few minutes, Adam did a great job for us. In just a second he knew the problem and told me what it was going to cost, not only that but he had the part in his van . I was very impressed. And in no time I was up and running.

My furnace passed away early January (below freezing). I had Will's come out to evaluate (I've been using them for regular maintenance). They responded by procuring/and installing new furnace in a timely manner. It's been a couple months now and I've been pleased with the new furnace, and also their service capabilities.

Very happy with the a/c installation. The crew arrived on time, were friendly & courteous. Adam explained the install process completely. Told me they could be finished by my adjusted time schedule, and they were. They worked around flowers that I had in the area and left them all undamaged.
Best of all the unit runs so much more quietly than the old one. Will use Will's in the future for heating & a/c needs.

The Furnaces and AC units in our 19-yr old home were in need of replacement. We researched many makes and models of equipment and also a good number of installers and service repair providers. We elected to go with American Standard equipment and requested quotes from three installers. We selected Will's Heating & Air because: 1) their quote was somewhat lower than the other two, ) they had a great reputation for service in the area, and most important 3) the owner came to our house to assemble the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what equipment to purchase for our home. I had also asked Will's to look into a problem I thought we had with zoned heating and air distribution upstairs and the operation of electronic dampers.

WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with the quality and value of the service that Will's provided. Not only did they perform the install without delay or incident they were doggedly persistent in finding the source of our zoned heating and air system problem and recommending repairs. Not only that Will's had assumed in their quote that our existing zone control panel would work with the new American Standard furnace but that turned out to not be the case. Will's ordered the new panel and installed it several days later all at their own expense! We now have comfortable and even heating and air conditioning upstairs for the first time since the house was built. We highly recommend Will's and plan to remain a loyal customer for service for as long we live in the area.

I am beyond happy with my decision to hire Will's Heating & Air install my mini split unit in my house. Nick came out quickly to give me a quote, the employees were professional and Jessica at the office was beyond helpful and kind.

This business is terrific. They are very professional and get jobs done in a timely manner. They installed a new furnace and central air and generator for us and we are extremely happy with everything. If you have any problems they respond promptly. 5 Stars

5 Stars turned in to 2 Stars overnight!

Last Saturday we called Will's at 10am because our Furnace stopped working. They said they would be out by 6pm, came by 7pm, all good. The problem was quickly figured out and the faulty part replaced. All in 30 minutes. Great!!! Then we were presented with a verbal bill of $757.48! IN GOOD FAITH BASED ON PAST EXPERIENCES WE PAID. An hour later we received our Invoice. $135 for Diagnostic and $601 for the part. WOW! Lucky us that they had such and expensive part on the truck we thought, but then rather what are the odds? So we googled the part the service man had installed (PACKARD STOCK NO. 65745): $53.98 INCL. SHIPPING! So, I emailed the company on Monday. I thanked them for their service and asked them if they could check on the part and see if not maybe a mistake was made. The owner answer the email promptly and confirmed that in fact the price was correct. So, I emailed 2 screen shots of the $53 price from 2 different companies. Now the answer was that Labor was included in the part price.
Okay: even if they charged $200 for the part (a 300% mark-up), we got charged $400 for Labor plus $135 for Diagnostic for 30 minutes!!!
We were taken to the cleaners and are out of our money.
PLEASE don't be as trusting as we were and ask questions! There are other companies out there.

Installed a brand new boiler that stopped working within the first year. We spent a lot of money and a large amount of patients and time for no results and no reimbursements. Within a couple months there was a part that went out and they stated they couldn’t get the part for 3 months (while this was during winter with no temporary solution). We were able to find the part ourselves within a week and even after it was replaced nothing was still working as more parts started failing and it was always a new problem that kept forming. It was also stated that the installer was let go of and that he did not set it up right but his (currently employed) supervisor was out during these issues but denied ever being onsite. After numerous attempts throughout the past 6 years of having no heat we decided to give up on them and try a new company that has installed all new equipment stating nothing was installed correctly or would have ever worked on the old equipment that was installed brand new. We have had heat now for much longer than Will’s provided us with and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
