He goes above and beyond with customer care and makes sure we understand everything we need to for the maintenance and upkeep of our air conditions unit and furnace. ;) Always recommending him and T and T :)

We had a water heater emergency and immediately contacted T&T. Krista was so courteous and so patient on the phone with me. As a first time home owner I had a plethora of probably obvious questions, but she remained so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole experience. A tech came by later that day. The whole process from start to finish was seamless.

We needed a water softener and asked T&T what it would take. They examined our sits and water quality and gave us a quote the same day. They promptly responded to any questions and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the project. I was impressed with everyone we dealt with and with the quality of their solution.

I’m selling my rental home and decided to have the heating and air conditioning system checked out prior to listing the house since it’s the original equipment when the house was built in 1997. I wanted to find out if the system is in need of any repairs or if it is working fine. This should satisfy the new buyer. T & T sent a young technician out. I was somewhat concerned but after staying with him through most of the inspection I was very satisfied as he knew exactly what he was doing. I also appreciated no high-pressure and not rushing through the work. Job well done! I will recommend this company to my friends.

Absolutely amazing work. I called T&T after my water heater stopped working and they were able to take care of it efficiently. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a way that a new home owner like myself could understand. If you are having problems with your water heater I can’t recommend T&T, or Joel, enough. Excellent!

We called T & T on a Monday morning when our central air conditioning system wasn’t working properly over the weekend on what was 90 degree days. They were there within a few hours and had everything working fairly quickly. It was fast evident service so we decided to get on their routine service schedule.

We had a great experience with Rachelle! She explained every step of the way and the cost of what we needed replaced. She scheduled our appt and the guy who came was right on time. Very professional business and top quality team.

T&T answered my call quickly and efficiently. Then the guys came out to the house in a timely manner and serviced our units. Not only were they professional, they were up front with the costs from the beginning. I was also able to discuss the options with Mitch, the service manager, and he explained it to where I could understand. Great reliable company! Will continue to use in the future. FYI, ask about a service plan.... It will save you money!

A friend referred me to T&T for an emergency situation with a leak that occurred in my house this summer. They responded quickly and resolved the situation easily. The price charged was very fair. I called them a few months later when my furnace broke down. They went out of their way to again respond quickly, helped me with temporary heating arrangements and installed a new furnace for me quickly. Each time I have dealt with them they have been professional, courteous, fair, efficient and affordable. As a result, I plan to use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

Our furnace went out during single digit temps so we called T&T even though they were a bit further away. The service we received was 10 star from start to finish. The people on the phone knew exactly where to send us and were great with scheduling. The salesman Jim was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted, he never tried to push anything we didn't need on us. The techs Tyler and Brandon were very careful not to make a mess and handled our installation in no time at all. T&T made replacing a furnace as easy as it could be!

Customer service was great. There was a guy that gave me ideas and Quotes on my hot water boiler system repair I needed in my historical home. It’s hard to find a place that knows about boilers. Rachelle was very helpful on the phone and also when I stopped by to talk in person with detailed questions Rachelle got a guy out there that was really good and knowledgeable with giving me a quote on a new system as well to make a good choice. The sales guy was not pushy at all. Very relaxed and knowledgeable.
