Throughout the winter we had constant problems with our Geo Thermal heating/cooling system. We had others come to diagnose but to no avail. We were told we had a frozen line we had to wait till it thawed. Our monthly heating bills were going up and up. We decided to get a second opinion and we chose T&T. They responded quickly and had their technician out in no time. Jon Harris was prompt and very cordial when he arrived. His first step was to offer to climb under our crawl space which is very narrow and tight, his comment was " that is what I am paid for"
Even though he couldn't get to the area he wanted to look at he took the tough road first. After that he started to do his diagnostics. Totally competent and kept me up to date on what he was doing. He found an issue right out of the block and fixed it, then did a complete wellness check to address a few other items. He assured the unit was running correctly, and didn't leave until we had heat that and the unit was running independent of itself. Our system has not missed a beat since then. It has not gone into auxiliary heat mode, which he stated it should not. This company and Jon Harris are the real deal!! Jon was driving his new service truck and was quite proud of it, for me and my family, well deserved!! Thanks again Jon and thanks to the team at T&T!!!

First, Chad sold us! He took the time to explain everything we were getting and how things were going to play out.
He was a little more expensive, but, again he explained everything whereas others just handed me a paper estimate.
The gentlemen that came to install (Brandon, Keen and Travis) were professional, timely and informative.
We appreciate all the folks involved, even the scheduling calls. We were kept informed and updated through this entire process.....took the worries away. Thanks for everything!!

My house is only 572 SF with 1 bathroom 12 ft across from my kitchen sink in a straight line. I just wanted the pipes winterized. The plumber said he was going to disconnect all of the supply water lines when winterizing it, why? He estimated the price of winterizing this small house at 3 1/2 times higher than all other plumbing companies. I ended up being charged $79 for a dispatch fee for doing nothing.

The service text were very detailed oriented, and very personable. The scheduling department were also very personable and understanding. I highly recommend this company.

Service person was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed issue very quickly. Kind of pricey just to find out I need to spend more to get softener repaired.🤔

The people who came to work are professionals with long period of experience . they fixed my furnace repair within few hours as well honest with the price of cost . Thanks to T&T .

Jim was totally prepared and had a quote for the equipment that we needed to replace. He obviously had reviewed his files/notes before coming as he was aware of the estimate that he gave us several years ago. He did a good job of explaining the various options. He was successful in convincing us at the platinum plus plan was the best option. We’re looking forward to a satisfactory installation and operation of our new HVAC system.

4am on Friday I have to call for an Emergency fix with my Hot Water Heater. I had water everywhere. Matt came out and was very professional, concerned and did a great job getting me fixed. Very happy with my service. They will be fixing my furnace this Thursday.

Most technicians are very nice and helpful .pricing is pretty high to come reset an error code and program a system lockout which probably should have been done at installation 2 years ago or during one of the five pd maintenance trips since ? 001 HVAC DISPATCH FEE 1.00

Not always a happy time when you need a new furnace, but we really like our Trane. And the technicians were very friendly and helpful.

T&T installed Trane furnace and air conditioning units in January. They have followed through, ensuring everything is working correctly and that we are satisfied with their services. Jason, our technician, is always punctual and thorough.

After getting estimates on replacement of my furnace and air-conditioner my decision was to go with T & T. One main factor was a recommendation from a friend. I am very pleased, thus far. The replacement was done two days ago. Like many other replacements, there were opportunities for problem solving. The three technicians that were doing the work stuck with it until a resolution was found. Very pleased with promptness, kindness and follow through.

My heat went out at my business and T&T quoted me $200 for an emergency visit. After coming out, they claimed I needed nearly $3,000 in repairs and did a “temporary fix” that only lasted about an hour. Then they billed me $437, adding a $237 diagnostic fee they never told me about. I called to see why the bill was so high and he said the best he can do is knock $100 off. Another company came the next day, fixed the problem correctly for much cheaper, and said T&T’s diagnosis was wrong. Very disappointing and felt like a scam.

I appreciate the way they explain things. They were professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again when needed.

Guy was nice, but price was outrageous! 89.50 for trip and they are 4 miles away.Didnt fix anything, he explained he had no control over price,which I understand.said in order to get it running would be another 799.00 will never recommend will NEVER use them again.woman was very rude on the phone when tech couldn’t find our house.Because I didn’t answer the phone. The phone # i set up appointment was totally different from one that kept calling.I get soo many random numbers from scammers or people trying to sell me stuff.I only answer whats in my contacts.I do not recommend this company.

Updated Review — Issue Resolved After Miscommunication

I previously shared my frustration about the plumbing work done by T&T Plumbing, particularly a leak in the tub and shower drain just four years after installation. At the time, I was extremely disappointed, especially after hearing from another licensed plumber that the original work showed signs of poor craftsmanship.

However, I want to acknowledge that since posting my concerns, T&T Plumbing has stepped up. After some initial miscommunication—largely between me and my builder—they reached out directly, were very helpful, and took the issue seriously. They came out the next day, addressed the problems, and have continued working with me to ensure everything is done properly.

While the lead-up to this point was frustrating, I appreciate that once T&T got involved, they were responsive and committed to making things right. I’m updating this review to reflect their efforts to resolve the issue and their willingness to stand behind their work.
