Joseph came to fix a small problem with our furnace. He did a great job,and informed us on progress. We're sorry he had shimmy into the crawl space. He was pleasant and joked about it. He also did a fine job of cleaning up after himself. We will definitely keep using them.

We have trusted Absolute Comfort with our needs for many years. Over the years, they have installed a new water heater, a new sump pump, a water powered back-up sump pump, regularly performed our HVAC maintenance, and have always helped us promptly when needed, just as they did this morning when we called in for a repair of the outdoor fireplace gas valve. All their staff and personnel we interacted with, to include Carolyn, Chris, Chad, Ben, Jared, have always been very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, diligent and skilled with their work. Ethan did a great job! He was super thorough doing the inspection. Took his time to make sure nothing was missed and everything was working as it should. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

Josh arrived way ahead of scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. He checked and tightened all the gaskets on the pipes under the sink and made sure all was secure with no more leaking. I always contact Absolute Comfort for plumbing needs on this 70+ year old home.

2022:
Jarret came out to the house, during the quoted time frame, and was able to loosen the hoses leading to very old water valves to install a new washer. He was very thorough in his explanations of the different scenarios, of which it was much appreciated. We used Absolute Comfort two years ago to replace a water pump (Joe!) at Christmas time and both encounters have been very positive experiences. Very friendly and competent techs, office staff too, and I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!

Ethan was on time and did a great job tuning up my furnace! He was very thorough and maintenance every wear component of the furnace making sure everything was working properly. He even tested my tap water which was part of the service!

My furnace went out on what seemed to be the coldest day of the year. From my first contact with Susan to the servicemen Dustin and Larry, they were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I have used them for the past 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the wonderful work!
