Amazing experience all around. I had a non emergency HVAC concern and they were able to get me on the schedule for only a few days out. The day of my appointment Joe, the assigned service technician, called to let me know he was 15 min from my house, showed up on time and was extremely professional. He addressed all my concerns, answered all my questions, and my interaction with him ensures I'll be using Absolute Comfort in the future.

Ethan with Absolute Comfort was great. Took his time and answered all of our questions and then provided a couple different options. Very appreciative of his time and knowledge.

Update: Continuing to use Absolute Comfort and every single person from the owner to each tech that has personally come to my home has been nothing but extremely helpful. No reason to call anyone else for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Had a major issue on a Sunday. Josh from Absolute Comfort came out, diagnosed the problem (and explained it in simple terms), and went out of his way to source the part we needed (most suppliers were closed for Sunday!) so that we could get the plumbing working by the evening. Price was reasonable and service was beyond what I expected.

Josh was super knowledgeable, kind and on time. He’s a great asset for the company!

This company and it's employees are friendly, knowledgeable and treat their customers with respect. We were quoted 1,600.00 with a different company to fix our heat pump system and was told we had a leak somewhere between the air or heat system. We have a fairly new system still under warranty so we decided to get a second opinion and called Absolute. So glad we did, the receptionist set the appointment for the next day and was very kind and knowledgeable herself! Ben came out and was honest with us, found no leak, got us back up and running working over on a Friday night until 9 pm. Him and his coworker explained every step they were doing while accessing the system. They gave us options and explained in great detail how the system works. We were only charged 318.00! They are amazing but these days and the economy it's all about showing up when you are scheduled to arrive and getting a fair price for what needs to be done. We appreciated both men that were here they did a fantastic job we will be passing the word about your business and signing up for your yearly plan to come back out for our routine maintenance year after year! We can not thank you enough!

Josh and Aaron just left my house. Complete installation of a new 2.5 ton Mitsubishi H2I heat pump in about 1 working day. These guys are consummate professionals.

They found and fixed a pre-installation refrigerant leak in the copper line set behind my living room wall, leaving only a small drywall spot to patch.

This is the second H2I heat pump I've watched Absolute Comfort install. The other was at my Indianapolis church, and it went as well as today's home system install did. Owner Chris Wedekind provided us tight bids in both cases that made approving these installations easy.

I'll admit I was originally skeptical of Mitsubishi's cold temp claims about these new H2I systems, but I can confirm that our church's building was comfortable at 5 degrees above zero without resistive back up heat.

I know this because the back up heat's circuit breakers had been switched off to test the system's cold temp capability.

Chris has always been fair and honest with me. I've seen him maintain this across jobs with people ive referred for him and the person who referred me said the same. He has worked with me to limp through some tough spots as well as recently doing a full tankless water heater and house filter install. He stands by his work and will go above and beyond to make sure things are right even after initial install. I had the propane regulator start leaking shortly after getting my tankless installed and Chris and his team worked around my schedule to come out and get it right! It was in no way related to the work they had done just bad timing but they did not hesitate to go the extra mile and make sure I was 100%. I will be using them to replace my furnace and install central air this year as well and I am confident that I am making the right choice with absolute comfort. One of the only company's I've used that I felt had a real interest in seeing my home improve rather than their wallets.

Josh was on time, professional, and met the technical demands I expected. He explained the issue at the level I could understand. Even when he thought he found the issue, he continued through validating it to make sure there weren't secondary issues until we felt comfortable with what the problem was identified as.

HVAC or plumbing issues? Call Absolute Comfort! They're an outstanding company. Yesterday Josh resolved a plumbing issue at my house. I can always count on him to figure out the problem and find the remedy. Knowledgeable; polite; thorough; never seems rushed. Kudos to him and Absolute Comfort!

We were smelling gas in the garage where the HV is located. After the fire department and the gas company came out we had to contact absolute after hours. Someone responded within 10 minutes of our call and was out to our home within an hour. And let us know what the issue was. Thank God it was nothing major and he was able to inform us of the issue.

The tech Joshua did a first class job. The problem Had been diagnosed earlier and parts that were needed had to be ordered. When they came in, they did a very timely installation of those parts and when they left, the system was running at 100%! Highly recommend them. We bought two systems from them and would certainly buy the next one if we need it from them.

Your service man Josh was very polite, did an excellent job of explaining our options, and went about his work, which was excellent. We hope we get him next year when we call for service.

Joe was fantastic! I would give him a 20 if I could. He did 2 extra plumbing jobs while here. He answered all my questions. It was so great 2 have 3 jobs done.
