Install went wonderful. The team covered everything they were doing, answered all of our questions and then some, and thoroughly explained how everything works. We felt like they took the time to ensure it was done well, arrived as scheduled and left the house clean. Looking forward to our new unit and seeing how everything runs.

We’ve used this company since we got our house for our bi yearly servicing of our AC and furnace and today when our furnace stopped working and I was worried about the baby’s nursery being too cold, they had Juan out to our house in an hour! Juan has been our technician for multiple visits and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I was so appreciative of his hard work and determination to figure out the problem with our furnace. He was up and down a ladder, in and out of the house, all over and he got our furnace working while he orders a part to make sure it stays that way! So thankful for him and this company when we need them (and when we are just doing routine maintenance).

I don't even know where to start. The service man, Gabe, was on time and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and was very polite. He was also, most importantly, HONEST. He listened to what I was looking to do BEFORE working. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. He FIXED the unit, rather than telling me the usual "Its aged, you need a new one" He examined every possibility and even saved me money by suggesting repairs that could wait until fall.

The company even offers a price reduction for the visit if you sign up for their maintenance program. So what other companies literally lied to me and swore was irreparable, he was able to diagnose and fix in an hour. I was previously quoted $18,000.00 by another company. Today I paid under $500.00 and the unit is running.

If you are looking for any kind of help in this area, look no further. FAMILY HEATING AND AIR IS THE PLACE TO GO! And they will most definitely be the company I call for any future needs as well as the replacements I will be doing as our remodel moves forward.

Gabe was amazing. Had another company come out earlier and do an estimate. They couldn’t fix the thermostat, Gabe did. They gave me a price for what Gabe also said was necessary - their price was $4K, Gabe’s, including a service contract for upkeep, was $792. The other company also wanted me to buy a new unit for $7600. Gabe said their price on a better unit (95% efficient as opposed to the downgrade the other company was quoting me for $7600) was maybe ($5000). But I did not need it, so I signed the paperwork quickly! Great company/great guy!
