friendly locally owned business. they get the job done without trying to hard sell things you don't ask for. Their membership discount on purchases and repairs is 25%, which is an incredible value. The yearly fee includes two checkups a year. one for the heat and one for cooling.

Family Heating & Air helped service a rental condo for me when I lived out of state for years. Always punctual and affordable. Never had to worry about their servicemen in the unit when I couldn’t be there to oversee what they were doing. And they answer their phone, more than I can say for most of the other ppl that helped upkeep the unit!

Your technician Christian showed up on time after leaving a message to let me know he is on his way. He was punctual, very thorough with everything , explaining about all that he did.
He also shared with me how I can order the filters with the company which is great help for me since not many places carry the size I need and it will be easier and cheaper.
He was very courteous and professional!

I used this company after finding them on Google and seeing they had 5 stars. Now I know why they had 5 stars. This was the best experience with a repair company from start to finish. The office staff was so kind and helpful during an already stressful situation. The technical, Christian, was very friendly and knowledgeable and assessed and fixed the problem in minutes. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I highly recommend this company. We now have them on speed dial for all of our heating and cooling concerns.

Gabe was fast and efficient. Answered all of my questions and did excellent work to keep my 20 year old furnace ticking until the team could come and replace it. Mike the sales rep has been great with helping me determine what best suits my needs. The technicians Dennis, Isaac and Joe were professional and answered all of my questions. When a completely out of the blue plumbing emergency struck, they all dropped what they were doing to assist. The owner himself even came and brought parts to fix my water supply. Top notch crew and a highly recommended company. Oh and I really like my furnace and heat pump combo!

Christian from Family Heating and Air came out and explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I originally had an after hours call set up. He was able to come during regular business hours which saved money. He was efficient and thorough. I originally thought something was wrong with the furnace as it would not heat and was blowing cold air. Found out the filter needed changed more frequently than my previous filter type. This fixed the heat issue. He did not try to sell me anything, let me know that most everything looked good and they would return in the spring for maintenance and cleaning. Would recommend this company to my family and friends.

My entire interaction from scheduling to service performance was exceptional. Amazing customer service. Christian was my service tech and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used Family for our new furnace and heat pump. Pleased with process of choosing unit. No high pressure, just honest review of the choices. Have now been using them for regular maintenance. Every interaction from the install to the maintenance visits has been professional, on time, with great communication. Our heating and a/c bills have decreased around 20-25%.

Have used Family Heating and Air for some time now, they are fantastic! Collin and his team did an amazing job installing a brand new HVAC system. Can’t recommend them enough. They left my property cleaner then when they arrived. Great owner and team that truly cares and has their best interest in mind when dealing with their customers.

We started using them last year and have been very pleased with their service. Their team handles heating and air conditioning maintenance, inspections, and repairs with professionalism and honesty.

Update, 3/6/26: Family installed a new HVAC system in our home today. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked very fast and efficiently. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. Thank you to Mike, Dennis, Isaac, Joe, Collin, and Damon for the great experience.

2/13/26: After obtaining numerous estimates that partially met our budget and equipment needs, we reached out to Family. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what we hoped to achieve. He presented three options in our budget that also met our comfort needs the same day in which the initial walkthrough occurred. He understood and outlined common weak points unique to our pre-war two-story home and offered clear, realistic solutions. While we haven’t yet committed to Family for our project, it’s clear they had the best options. I hope to provide an update if and when we proceed with the project in the very near future.
