We called Clark's Home Services for an estimate for a humidifier to be installed. Bryan show up, very nice and pleasant to talk to. He ask why we wanted a humidifier, I told him I'm tired of getting shocked turning on lights and that our house was at 20% humidity! Brian answered our questions plus he checked out a few things on the furnace. Turned out there where 2 filters, one was hidden, that furnace was working itself to death! We learned a lot from a technician that cared enough to show us about the furnace! He cared, that is why we are having Clark's install our humidifier!

Newly installed furnace quit working sometime in the night. Called to inform Clark's Services around 6:30am. They said someone could be there between 8 and 10a. Nate showed up a little before 8a. Had it working before 8:30a. Said he found a switch on a panel door causing the problem. Adjusted switch, working fine so far. Nate was very professional and understanding. Thank you!

All day install. Installed by Nate, Andrew, and Drew did a great job. Getting power source connected was difficult, no basement or large enough crawl space to use. Over came by fishing lines through until
had power.

Nate was very helpful... super lucky the schedule neighbor was unavailable... really glad he was using his schedule efficiently!
He adjusted my elect outdoor furnace so instead of being 60db indoors, its now only 45db indoors (tollerable, still noisy, not sure if its made that loud, or has a lingering problem... not sure many would buy a machine they can hear inside, across thier house intentionally). He mentioned someone would need to return when it warmed up a bit. Hoping they can dial it down to around 25db indoors!

Excellent work taking an old water heater out and upgrading to a tankless system! The first two pictures are the new system and the work they did to install it. The second two are before shots of the old water heater and it’s problem. I definitely recommend them. They are part of the reason I hold to going with local contractors! They were knowledgeable and let me make my own choices at each step.

When I called on a holiday weekend to have my furnace looked at they were ready to come and check it out for me the same day. I wasn’t expecting to even get a call back over the weekend let alone a repair. Very fast and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! April fit me in last minute. Dan my technician was fast and very knowledgeable. These guys went above and beyond and got my heat back on in this excessively cold weather.

My natural gas furnace had quit working again for the 2nd time in about a month and a half, and with temperatures being really cold outside and forecasted to remain that way in the coming days I needed to either get it fixed or replaced a.s.a.p. as I was having to use 3 electric space heaters to keep my warm enough so the water wouldn't freeze. I had saw signs and advertisements for Clark Home Services Heating & AC, and read their reviews. So I decided to give them a call on a Sunday night to try to get help. To my surprise I didn’t get a recording! A person from the company answered the phone and explained that their schedule was such that they could have a technician out at 8:00 am the next day. I had given them my contact information & the next morning I received text with a photo of the tech when they were in route to my house. They came out and assessed my particular situation, & with my furnace being 29 years old it wasn’t worth pouring more money into it as I’d put about $380 in it 2 years ago. So I opted to install a whole new system as my ac unit was also very old too. They did some calculations and presented me with about 5 different options & prices, then I picked a system & price I was comfortable with. Then they explained how the installation would go, checked with their scheduler for when, & for the equipment availability. After that they informed me they could come out the next morning to begin taking out the old system, & then install the new system. As stated above they texted me when each of the technicians were on their way. They got started after arriving wearing boot covers, laying down a cover over my floors, very professional. By late that afternoon I had a whole new system installed and working .They had a person come during the day & took away all of the old system. They cleaned up after they were finished, and showed me how to use the new wi-fi thermostat, asked me if I had any other questions about the installation, answered those questions. Then said If I had any later after they leave to just contact the company, which I did have a couple of minor things I noticed after they’d left which did not effect the operation of the unit, but after them they came back out promptly the next morning they addressed and fixed those concerns to my satisfaction. It was a very positive experience.Thanks to all the employees involved! From Donnie, & Danny, to both Jacob’s , Brady, Drew, & Nate!

Dan the man came out and fixed the problem right away. He was very professional and actually taught me a thing or two about the unit. Said he’s been in the industry for over 44 years and it shows. He really knows his stuff.
