Bassett Services has always been reliable and provided excellent service. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and will continue to use their services. Their technicians are always courteous and take time to go over my equipment with me and answer my questions. Eric, who has been my technician on several visits, is knowledgeable, helpful and always a pleasure to work with.

Brandon did a great job, was on time, carefully reviewed our system and offered good options

Tom came to our home to follow-up with a wiring issue after our thermostat install. It was late in the evening, but Tom showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant and courteous, most importantly he made sure our home had heat that night and going forward. Really really appreciate him.

Edit: Had Jackson out for our AC not working, he was able to find the issue was related to bad wiring, fixed it, and got our home back on its way to being cool again.

Excellent and knowledgeable technician , did a great job and great we gave Bassett as the service. Very effective communication and thorough .

Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. He left a hard copy with some of the inspection results and sent a digital copy of additional inspection results for both units that I had requested and as I expected to be a normal Bassett service practice. We would want Tom to be the service technician for any required future service requirements.

Had Steven out to my house to complete work on estimate he originally gave, from beginning to end of that job Steven was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend his service with Basset to anyone on need of plumbing work and will 100% be requesting him for all future work I need done! Thanks again Steven!

This rating is more reflective of Bassett services overall not so much the technician that was out today. Most verbal discussions with techs over the last few years has been centered around how my systems are on the last leg and this results in less detailed maintenance efforts. I get the impression that they want my system to fail so I have to replace with a new one.

Elijah was great. He was very knowledgeable experienced and was able to convey to me information about my geothermal unit. I would use him again. I would highly recommend him. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you, Elijah for great service on my geothermal unit.

Eli came out to look at our system, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to take the time to explain our options and set up visits for additional work.

Did a very good job answering questions we had. We have appreciated all the hard work they did today fixing the furnace and water heater. Kenneth did a very good job installing the generator. It took him a bit longet than expected because he had to do some extra work. He explained everything to us and made sure the generator ran without problems. We are very thankful everything is running beautifully. Thanks Bassett!

Israel identified the source of the issue efficiently and left me with a clear action plan (requiring follow-up w/ our well installer).

Harrison performed the Air conditioning check up through the watchdog program. She did a great job of explaining everything that she was going to do and also clearly explained what she found and her recommendations. Thank you Bassett see you soon for the heating check up.

Expensive but extremely good service from Eli, Brian and Conner on geothermal service (maintenance, duct cleaning and duct sealing).But it has been difficult to get follow up on completion of the job. Still waiting on installation of 2 filters that are already paid for and repair of floor and ceiling damage from the job. Still waiting on call back from management as to status. We have used Bassett for years and have had no problems with follow up before. Add: Greg Bassett followed up with me to explain the delay and how to approach fixing the floor/ceiling damage. Excellent follow up. Add 3/20/25: Geothermal work completed 3/13/25 and technician Brian was great to work with again. But I keep getting excuses from management as to why I haven’t yet received the check for $250 to cover the damage from the vent covering tape during the duct sealing process 2/3/25.The $250 was approved by Greg Bassett. Greg Bassett hand delivered the check for damages. Thank you. Dylon was here in late March for fire alarm check. He was very courteous, helpful and well informed. Was a pleasure to work with. 8/22/25 Eli was here for geothermal maintenance and is the best tech we have ever had.

Bassett representative, Jonah Wheeler, provided excellent customer service in the important areas of knowledge, communication, efficiency and professionalism. A problem was discovered, part was ordered and favorable outcome anticipated when new part arrives.

Patrick was a joy to have out. Just a great guy who was professional, courteous, and showed incredible technical abilities. As someone who has worked on everything he has owned at one time or another, I can spot talent when I see it. Patrick is an excellent example of why I choose Bassett as my HVAC service provider. I am always confident on knowing that whatever issue I encounter, Bassett will provide me with the best service available. 5 stars for finding another excellent individual to add to your team!

The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They walked me through what they had done when they finished and cleaned up the work site before they left. I highly recommend them.

Jeff and John were a great team and did a great job! They fixed our plumbing and rerouted some of the lines to make it a much better flow! I was very impressed with them!!

Samuel was very polite and personable. He did a great job and even saved us some money by figuring out there was an issue that just needed fixed. Most wouldn’t do that, at least that has been my take.. I would very highly recommend Samuel, and as far as the company itself, I really don’t know it as a whole, as this was a first time thing. I will put 5 stars, but it was the tech that got the company the stars. For them hiring him, they are bunched into the review.
