Jacob was great. Found the leak right away and fixed it with minimal disruption or putting in a big repair hole. Explained all the issues. First rate experience and excellent value. Could not be happier. Discovered they use flat rate pricing and will tell you in advance what it will cost. Sometimes excessive but talk with Shannon and he can discuss how might help you with the cost. These are good guys

These people cared about my situation of no heat and they came the day I called them and diagnosed the problem. Had to order a part for my furnace and in two days I have heat. Austin from Flow-Tech came out the first time and assessed the job as it was a little difficult to picture from my description over the phone. It was a water leak from a second floor washing machine that was leaking from the upstairs down to over our basement steps. To do the repair safely he would need a second person. We rescheduled the appointment and they came out replaced and rerouted some new PVC pipe and got the job done!!! Austin was very respectful of me and our home. He and Jacob who came out to assist. Thank you.

Cory is always friendly and polite. He makes us aware of any specials or deals FT has going on and offers any advice for increasing efficiency of our HVAC system.
He is also very good with our dogs.

The technician from Flow-Tech was very polite, explained things well, and gave the the options I needed to make my decision.

Also, the estimator Kory helped me look at the best options for me and did a great job communicating with me through the researching process.

Cory McCray from Flow-Tech came and looked at our water heater venting issue and did absolutley amazing. He was very detailed in diagnosing, extremely respectful, and I couldn't recommend Cory more. I will be asking for him specifically, in the future, for all my calls.

Good customer service seems hard to find these days but Flow-Tech is excelling! Alysha was great about getting us scheduled as quick as possible. Cory came out and was very professional and honest about our circumstance. He even took the time and was willing to re-explain to my husband over the phone for me. Jon arrived to sell us a new unit and was very patient and willing to wait a few minutes for my husband to arrive home from work. He was great about fully explaining our options and answering our questions. Bryce and Travis arrived right on time to install and were both very professional. Everyone made the experience a wonderful one and it was great to know we were going to be taken care of as quickly as possible. Flow-Tech gained a new customer out of us and we'll be sending anyone we know their way.
