Cory was great! It was a simple fix for our furnace, that thankfully resolved our issue. However, with that being said Cory still did a thorough examination of our ac unit and even conducted data analysis to see how the unit was operating. He was personable, professional, and diligent.

I had a leaking shut off valve and Cobie came right out and fixed it in less than an hour! He turned everything back on and made sure I had water ( Thank you so much!) This was our first time working with the Auburn location and I must say, the service they provide is equally as outstanding.
