Alex Pollitt from Cadwallader very professional, cleaned the burners on furnace. Explained everything he was doing.
Advised me prior to starting work exactly what it would cost.

I woke up at 3 am on Dec 23 during blizzard-like conditions of high winds and extreme low temps to a very cold house. The water in a bowl for my cats was frozen. I determined that my furnace was out.

So, on the phone but not being able to connect with the company I last used, I searched online to find the Cadwallader company, which was located near my home. So I called them and was able to speak directly with a real person right off. They took down my info and told me their repair tech would come later that morning.

The tech arrived at about 9 am. After looking my propane furnace over and checking it out using various devices, they rather quickly diagnosed the problem and solved its problem. Actually the high wind had caused a heavy downdraft into the external exhaust pipe and caused the furnace to stop. I was very relieved that I have my furnace back. And I was greatly impressed at the analysis of the knowledgeable and experienced technician, who was also quite amiable with a good bedside manner.

The cost was very reasonable for the services rendered and the quick response to my need. I would readily recommend this company for their services to all in need within their service area.

Why would I spend so much effort writing this as though they were paying me?
Well, because I was quite impressed and frankly have nothing better to do while I wait lying in bed under the covers until my wind-leaky house warms up enough under these blizzard-like conditions!

Our A/C stopped running. Kaleb responded quickly. He was here in about 20 minutes. I live out of town. He found the issue quickly and we are now enjoying a cooler environment. Thank you.

We have used Cadwallader Heating and cooling for last several years for our Church. We also have their service plan (we'll worth it). Called them this morning July 3, 2024 thinking we had an issue with one of our ac units. They had a tech out by 1pm same day and found and fixed the issue. They kept us informed of their arrival time and Called when work was completed and explained what repairs were made. They have been very professional, quick to respond and fair pricing. If you're looking for an HVAC company I would definitely recommend them. Gwynneville Christian Church.

Naturally our furnace went down at the most inconvenient time. We had called two places who said the earliest they could get to us was nearly a week later. With -10 temps for the next few days, that wasn’t going to work. My father-in-law recommended them, I called and left a message. They called me right back and I spoke with Kelly who immediately put me on the schedule. I asked if she thought they’d be here today or tomorrow and she said that they’ll be here today because it was important that our family was able to stay warm. We were given a 5-6pm time frame and they were there at 2:30! The man that came was so friendly and sweet just like Kelly had been. They will always have my business now.

Very pleased with this company and plan to use them for any future needed service work. They did a fantastic job in keeping us informed, were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to our repairman, Kaleb Hill, who handled everything wonderfully.

Prompt, courteous service far above expectations. Contacted their office around 8 am, tech arrived within a few hours. This was during cold snap with 20 below wind chill temps. Solved my heating issue after checking crawl space ductwork and plenum . I very much appreciate the professional and courteous manner of their tech and would not hesitate to call again.

Alex and Megan did a wonderful job cleaning our vents and performing a furnace tune up. They had shoe booties with them which was a nice touch. Alex explained in detail how to care for our HVAC system to get the most value and efficiency out of it. Neither tech tried to upsell a bunch of fancy services or equipment. Alex did tell us about the annual maintenance plan, which we will likely purchase. We are impressed and will continue using Cadwallader for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you for serving us with honest, quality work.

Had an excellent experience with Alex and Caleb when our A/C went out after a storm. They also explained how they were diagnosing the problem, how it would be fixed, as well as other things that could have potentially caused our problem. Will definitely use them in the future!

I called on one of the coldest days and they came. The service on the phone was excellent and the gentleman that came to fix my furnace was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them highly. They were truly a blessing.

Tech kept with it until problem was located. Got the parts and fixed the next day.

The tech Kaleb was very professional and knowledgeable and even gave me some tips on my furnace repair while he was here. He did it all in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would recommend Cadwalladers Heating and Cooling to anybody and everybody.

I must compliment Garrett and Levi. They are two of the most polite young men I have dealt with in years. They work hard and hustled all the time they were here. One inside and one out. Both were considerate of not tracking anything in the house. I feel honored to have had them provide service to us in our home. Our compliments. Thank You Garrett and Levi.

Great service, they kept me informed on when the tech would be here, and he was on time and checked the furnace and went to get part and came back and fixed it, he walked me thru everything he was doing when he was there. And great pricing. Definitely the go to company for heating and cooling.

Alex was extremely professional. Explained everything that was being done. Also was very patient with me so I could repeat what he said back to him, making sure my brain comprehended all the information. Alex was not rushed, took his time and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
