I don't recommend anyone using these people. They did a hack job on my dryer ,put a dent in the top front of my dryer, then lied about it .This repair service used parts on my dryer that didn't belong on it . Don't use this outfit .

I went to Lowes where I bought my dryer looking for screen vent and they said they dont carry parts for replacing so I called Steve's appliances for my part and I had it the next day. They are great and reasonable prices.

Steve traveled down to Bloomington to fix my 95 year old grandmother's old Westinghouse oven. Repairmen in Bloomington wouldn't even bother to come out. Steve fixed it inside an hour. Highly recommend.

Had the belt I needed! Super nice and professional. Had the belt in my hand and out the door in about 5 minutes. Even Had a laugh!

Charged me 80 dollars and never turned a screw on my machine. They came to the house and asked if we checked the breaker. But never even opened the dryer up to see what was wrong.

Called this "Business" twice to order a repair part for my dishwasher. Gave them the OEM part number and they said they would order it in and I would have it in a couple of days, No call telling me that the part was in. So I called again and they had no record of the part being ordered, said they would order the part and it would be in about 5 days. This transpired on Feb. 8th, Today 15 days later, no call. I ordered the part form another parts house and had the part delivered in two days. Don't understand how they stay in business with this nonexistent Customer Service. Will never ever call or use this company.

I had a dishwasher installed, refrigerator installed and the icemaker repaired. I don't use my icemaker often and didn't realize for a long time that it wasn't working. I drug my feet on calling to get it fixed and once I called it was beyond the 60 day labor warranty. So in order to get my icemaker fixed, I would have to pay another $135. I told the person answering the phone my story and they simply didn't care. Additionally when they installed the lines for the dishwasher and refrigerator they drilled a hole in the cabinet and made quite a mess of it. I would have complained except its inside the back of a cabinet where no one would really see, so I let go. I will not use you again or refer this company to anyone. I'm guessing Steve is getting ready to retire and doesn't really care anymore.

Contacted during normal business hours but call went to voice mail. No big deal on that. Their voice recorder said “ leave a message, we’ll call you back....WE PROMISE”.
Sounded very convincing, however I never did hear back from them. Very unprofessional.
I miss Brad’s. I have to find a new DEPENDABLE repair service to use now :(
