Steve did an amazing job fixing my refrigerator from start to finish. He knows an incredible amount and acts professionally. I had some hesitancy looking outside of Bloomington for help but I am so glad I did. The front office was also very friendly and easy to work with.

Steve was supposed to have repaired our dryer. Charged for part and labor but dryer still had same issue. We were moving out of state so when we called to advise it was still not working right he said call him when we got to our new home if it still was not working and he would work with a repairman here to make it right. WRONG! We called him and left message and still have never heard back.

Steve knows appliances. The store might not look like much, but if all you need is affordable and reliable, this is the place to go. I bought a washer and dryer from Steve, and he delivered it to my apartment the same day (I got lucky he wasn't busy, but even so...). Not only that, but he even stuck around to show me how to use it. Great customer service and extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable folks. Highly recommended.

I would NEVER Recommend them! EXTREMELY Rude. Want their money instantly after bill. Over priced. Very snobby and uptight with an attitude problem. Last people I'd ever want to call. Probably better off replacing the appliance than have to hear them whine. Never saw anything good used there.

The folks at Steve’s appliance repair were amazing to work with!!! We chose them based on their online reviews and we are so happy we did. I’ve been meaning to write this since January and I finally remembered. Super helpful, fairly priced, great service and returned a couple times until the job was done and fixed. Our dryer is still working great!! Thank you! We will definitely use you all again!

Mary Ellen was extremely helpful getting us a new element for our oven. She had one in stock at 52 dollars and she thought that was a little too high so she ordered us another one so we could save a little money. That's extremely rare for a complete stranger to look out for you!!

They did a great job on washer. I feel like it’s brand new . I would highly recommend these guys. I can tell they know what they’re doing. And the price is very reasonable

Scheduled a Friday "10:00 AM" appointment. Caleb shows up at 1:00 pm. Spends 5 minutes assessing the problem. Says that they don't have the parts for repair. Will have to order. Office will call with prices. Told the repair tech would install on Saturday. Told there would be parts charges and no additional labor charges. To date, "None of these things have happened." (Website shows they do not work on Saturday or Sunday.) Charged $108.00 for a service call and left. Haven't heard from them since. Worst customer service experience ever. Will never use this company again, nor recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

Excellent service. They came out the next day and removed my broken ice maker that was knocking in my LG refrigerator. Very friendly, and the service call was reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again for any future appliance repairs.
