Electrical reviews in Martinsville, Indiana

Absolutely worst company. Their driver rear ended me and offered to pay for my damages out of pocket, then I gave them a quote for the repairs he did not like the quote sent his wife to my house ahead of time came over raising hell saying we needed to go the legal route and proceed to give insurance information. Also telling me how it’s a company truck we have got to go through insurance etc etc then comes time for their insurance to get ahold of them and the activity avoid the insurance company! Meanwhile they fixed their vehicle and drive by my house daily. It’s a total slap in the face. I’ve given their insurance company plenty of time to handle situation their insurance finally gave me the okay to file claim with my insurance! This accident happened in early February it’s now end of April! Horrible people! I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional behavior. Thankfully I do have full coverage and my insurance is legit unlike them! So I would question their workers and their own licensing. If they can’t even keep insurance on their COMPANY VEHICLES I doubt they even are licensed electricians! Be aware! Watch who you hire!

To respond back to the Owner, crazy how I get responses from you via google reviews but when YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TRYS YOU AVOID THEM! That is why I had to go through MY insurance! I’m not spreading any lies or misinformation, your driver JAMES rear ended me gave me his insurance information for me to file the claim with and turns out James is actively avoiding Progressive who he claims is his insurance company. Thanks 😊

Can’t say enough good things about Vertex Electrical. Charlie took the time to explain everything, gave a clear and transparent quote, and followed through exactly as promised. No shortcuts, no delays, and no surprises. Knowing they’re licensed and insured made the decision easy. Solid work, fair pricing, and a company you can actually trust.

Vertex Electrical was great to work with. Charlie was very honest and upfront throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was far better than a competitor I had used for years. And they are fully licensed and insured. The work was done right and completed on time with no surprises or extra charges. I’d definitely recommend Vertex Electrical to anyone needing electrical work done the right way.

Glad I called Live Wire. Service and prices were so much better than others I've used.

Whether it’s commercial or residential work it’s always done in a fast but professional manner and looks wonderful

Came out same day to get power back to my house since a tree took it out. The owner even came out to check in on the job. Price was way below what i have been quoted and will use them for every electrical job i have

Excellent team came on time, reviewed work requests and gave thoughtful options to accomplish. Work completed quickly and perfectly as always. I highly recommend LWC!

Tom with Livewire is our go to guy for all electrical! We have had several buildings wired by livewire and they are quick, friendly and have great prices! When you need someone to trust and who knows what they are doing call LiveWire!

I have been using LWC for over a year. They have helped me both personally and professionally with a multitude of different electrical repairs. They are easy to reach, reliable, knowledgeable and their cost is extremely fair. Tom, Charlie, Tayler and the rest of the gang do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their electrical systems!

Tom and his crew are the guys you want for whatever electrical work you need done. Hired them to run electric to a new barn and am Impressed with the quality and speed of the work. Very professional.

Quick, friendly, communicates quickly with the customer. I love my new home security system. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

I've used these good people many times for all my electrical needs over many years. They have always done an excellent job for me from major projects to simple needs, they are the best I know. Only one thing,... CALL them to schedule. DO NOT try leaving them a message through the web site. I've had two separate experiences where they did not acknowledge that I had left them a messages on their web site. I'm still waiting on a response from over two months ago about installing replacement outside motion detectors for me. I will wait for better weather, and CALL them to schedule. In any event, if you can get them booked, they are the BEST. I would give them five stars if they would respond to my online requests.

The owner, Tom Walls, and his team were very helpful when I bought an older home that needed inspected and needed electricity installed in a new garage. They were very prompt, professional and priced better than anyone! I appreciated their hard work and service, and highly recommend them for either residential or commercial. Thanks, Live Wire Consulting Inc.

We used LWC for some electrical issues in our new hime recently, and including other installations. Have had absolutely no more issues with our electrical problems. They were honest, timely, nice -above and beyond, professional and affordable. They're definitely worth it!! Thanks guys!!

We had an amazing experience with LiveWire Electrical! Janell was such a pleasure to work with—she got us on the schedule right away and made everything seamless. Tom, the owner, came out to our home and quickly fixed both our family room fan/light and the ceiling light in our spare room. He was efficient, professional, and left everything spotless, just as if he had never been there. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful company and highly recommend LiveWire Electrical to anyone in need of quality electrical work!

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by LWC Electrical. They were thorough, professional, and clearly take electrical safety seriously. They walked us through what needed to be updated, why it mattered, and made sure everything was brought fully up to code.

The crew was punctual, respectful of the space, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Communication was solid from start to finish, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing the electrical work was done correctly and safely.

If you’re looking for an electrician who does things the right way — not the easy way — LWC Electrical is a great choice.
