John came out right away when I called in the evening and had our A/C unit repaired in no time. We needed a new fan motor and he had the right part with him to replace it. What he charged was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received for the same work, and he doesn't charge a service call fee to come out and take a look.

We will absolutely be reaching out to him again for any of our HVAC needs going forward. Thanks again!

John Wolfla @ Wolfla Heating & Cooling replaced our old furnace when it stopped working during the first cold & snow this winter 2025. He came on a weekend, Sunday even! Even though he was busy with other clients all week he made time after hours to help us out, kept us from freezing. Great worker & this man knows his stuff, I recommend him 100%!

John came promptly and diagnosed my problem immediately. He did not charge me a service call, repaired the furnace within 30 minutes and cleaned it also. What a guy!

Called number for service on air conditioner. John texted immediately that he would get back to me as soon as possible he was on another job. He called a few minutes later and said he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the part. He also saw another issue with my dryer vent and fixed it for free. He didn’t charge a service charge either. So thankful for an honest contractor. That fixed the problem and didn’t try selling me anything else.

On a Sunday evening. John came out within an hour and to diagnosed the problem. He left to see if he had the replacement part and texted us promptly to let us know he did. Was back shortly and installed it. Guarantees his parts and work. Always explains what he is doing. Gives tips for maintaining the system. I absolutely recommend him to anyone for honest upfront work and No upfront fee just to show up. Better than fair prices for labor and parts.

John came out to our house. Reset our furnace showed me how to clean out the vents and Did not charge me a service fee. He was honest and quick, and I would highly recommend him for any of your heating and or air-conditioning needs!

John came out for an emergency repair in the evening when another hvac guy canceled on us last minute. He was super helpful over the phone before he even arrived and fixed the furnace quickly when he got here. He was efficient and incredibly reasonable in terms of cost and we all thoroughly enjoyed his conversation as well. Can’t recommend enough!

The guy Rick literally blew me off was rude I don’t think that’s very professional I don’t think that’s a wise way to generate business very disappointed please do better don’t worry I’ll find someone to do the work.

They do quality work for a reasonable price. Our new furnace looks and works great.

He never got back with me after looking at my my pump he blamed my son's girlfriend for getting him sick she had bronchitis if you work for the public wouldn't you take precautions to begin with I had to keep calling several times to find out if he would fix it and that's what he wanted to complain about so I called someone else I won't bother with this company again.

My ac went out when I got home from work, it was 530 pm. I call and Andrew's heating and cooling and he came out that night at 7pm. He was then back the next morning installing a new ac unit and I had ac before noon. That response time and getting the job done means alot. Thank you

Excellent service, with useful explanations. Reasonable price. Kind. Could not ask for better. Put me ahead of others because of my need. I don't know if he could tell, but I turn 80 in January, and my house was freezing, and it was not going to be good for me waiting until after Thanksgiving or the following Monday as other companies around Martinsville were offering.

Rick is a great guy who does excellent work. Called him on a Sunday and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Fixed a problem left by another company that we won’t be using again!

Andrews Heating & Cooling was at our home within 20 minutes of our call and quickly went to work fixing our air conditioner. Rick was really helpful in explaining how we could extend the life our furnace and a/c. Highly Recommend.
